I turned 21 last month and I am feeling exactly like you explained in the video, more tough times and/or feeling lost than good times. Your video gave me a little more courage to face life head on and I hope the impression will last a long while (otherwise I'll rewatch the video when necessary). Thank you for the motivation ! I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart, let's all stay strong together and try to unravel this big mystery called life !

You are never alone I Feel You Fr❤️‍🩹…The first 52 seconds is the funny sad story of my life. The truth hurts but I’m glad that Isolation leads to Transformation
At my lowest all I had was GOD,
I still got GOD and sum money I really have no job, no car and i still live with my parents. but i guess it’s for the best still i need to move out🥲 i kinda hate it here. Tbh i feel like my time here is almost up i just gotta break bad habits and become a better person or else i might have to lock in with a therapist from better help….

I found your video comforting given the fact that I am turning 23 this year (just like you) and finishing law school, but feeling like I don't belong anywhere at all, lost almost all my connections, hoping someday something will make sense....and not trusting myself, living in fear... trying to be brave... maybe it will be alright! Thank you for your video!

Turning 23, It seems people born in the year 2000-2003 are feeling the same way. We are the first children of the internet, The people that built this current society and now in our 20's we are being the active builders. Let's not get lost my sweet internet generation. We will find ourselves in this sea of opportunity.

As a 31 yo dude, I'd like to say that the 23yo confusing phase is a classic from my experience and my surrounding's experience. The arrival to the adult routine world can be a real agression. And the confusion does not get better. Though, you learn to make peace with yourself with time, and you learn how to live with your confusion, until it takes less and less space in your mind. So I agree with the fact that the 20s is probably the most difficult phase of life, but it gets better after, I promise. You know better who you are, who you want to be, and you're still confused about a lot of things, but it's ok, and you understand it's ok. Besides, you realize that no one is perfect whatever the age. So you're not worst than the others. Anxiety disappears when you understand you are exactly where you're supposed to be. Even if it's not perfect, it's your own path of life, and it's building you. So you are always exactly where you're supposed to be. You just have to follow life, and make decisions and changes when it feels like the right moment.
My humble advice would be : "Don't overthink life too much and try to keep focus on the present moment. Don't stay stuck in the past cause it does not exist anymore, don't fear the future cause it does not exist yet. Feel what you have to feel, enjoy your time with the people that matter to you, and learn how to listen to your own opportunities. Have the courage to change what feels wrong, accept what can't be changed, and look forward tomorrow, cause every day is a new opportunity to rest, or to make a change in your life, or to enjoy a precious moment".

"20s will be the best time of your life" is such an 80s or 70s terminology that doesn't apply anymore. I spent most of my 20s broke living paycheck to paycheck trying not to be homeless while studying. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, to pay the penalty for us by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. Now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Hey, i'm 22 too, I've been out of university since February 2023 , just a diploma and not a degree yet. I didn't find a job because I was scared and a coward. I'm still staying with my parents. I applied for university applications again for local universities, I found out today 7th of September 2023 (11:00AM), that I didn't get into any of the universities. I was devastated and still sad as we speak, it's a couple of hours since i found out and i'm trying to appeal.
Whether I get in or not, I'm not sure if i want to. I'm scared. I don't know what to do , I'm lost, but i'm also scared to try.

@@vyruss9348 I feel you; You just gotta trust your intuition. Make a list of jobs you would like (or can at least handle). Find numbers for the companies and call them to ask if they are hiring. When I did this, I called probably 25-30+ companies.
11 of them said they are, so I had to go there in person and put myself out there. I ended up having two interview offers, and eventually got a job a few weeks later.
You will feel very vulnerable especially because this is all new to you. The only way out is in my friend. I'm a year younger than you and I hope this advice reaches you. I quit my job a month ago and I've been dealing with a lot of emotions and helplessness, but I also know what goes up must come down, and what goes down must come up.
Believe in yourself. You're not scared, you're excited. You can do this.
(btw even if you go to college, you'll have to get a job eventually. So it's best to start sooner than later. Speaking from experience. Like this video said, the hardest part is starting.

Thank you for this video. Im 20, currently sitting in my room in the middle of the night, thinking a lot and getting really anxious about my future because right now, I have completly nothing going for me. My social skills suck and meeting new people is super hard, but at the same time I feel extremely lonely. I have barely any money, no job (working on it though), still living with my parents and feeling like a nuisance (even though they probably dont think of me like that). Im really skinny and dont like my body, but at the same time too lazy to work on it. Hell, I dont even have a drivers license. After finishing highschool I started having a feeling of urgency - if I wont figure everything out quickly, I'll end up as a total fuckup. I know its not necessarily true, but the feeling is there and I can't do anything about it.
In a month and a half I'll become a freshman, Im hoping that I'll be able to start working on some of the things from the list,, and begin getting my life together.
5 minutes of this video made me a little bit less anxious, and a little bit more optimistic about the future, which is probably the biggest positive change in the last 4 months.
    Im truly thankful for that.

22 here. I can relate to you. I do feel empty sometimes. Like everything is moving and I'm still stuck at this station with feet planted
I try taking steps but they don't lead anywhere.
I feel jealous and it hurts me so much that others know exactly what they want to do in life.
I pray that all of us will find something we love or atleast puts food on our table.
I try to remind myself that there are other important things as well that should be counted for eg. Being a good human.

I’m 27 turning 28 soon and one thing I can say is that these periods of your life will come and go. I went through this fase about 4 years ago after a breakup. I lost myself completely and I thought the pain would never go away - but it did! Now, 4 years later i’m in the same position again. I met a new girl about 2 years ago who turned my world upside down. We traveled the world and made some beautiful and incredible memories together. I found the happiness in life that I thought I lost forever. However, life can take some unexpected turns at times and we broke up a couple months ago. Now i’m in the exact same position again, alone, feeling lost and broken, not having found my passion or goals in life.. Not knowing what to do, where to go.. And that’s okay! That’s the beautiful thing about life, when one door closes another one openes and even though it sucks I know from experience that these hard times makes us stronger than we’ve ever been and I know that everything will be okay in the end!
Also, I want to say that you really have a gift making videos Rolands. This is an amazing piece of art - keep it up.

I feel this. I'm 28, and separated from my ex fiance early last year. It was pretty crazy, going from having everything figured out, or so I thought at the time, to selling the home, and feeling like I moved backwards in life by years. But then I just started saying yes to opportunities, and going with whatever life threw at me. After selling the house I put all of my stuff in storage and bought a one way plane ticket to Chile. I learned Spanish there, stayed there for 3 months, and had an amazing time. Then I didn't feel ready to go home, so I went to Peru for another 3 months. My life has turned into something completely different and more beautiful, but man did I feel so lost and alone, and I really relate with this video and your comment

Your title is what drew me in, I stayed and listened because I can relate to this.
When I was 22 years old my mother had went to the hospital for her final time. She was terminally sick with cancer. She was fighting for over 16 years. I was out of town when she was rushed to the hospital, so when I heard she was sick I rushed the 80 miles back home as fast as possible. I was considered head of household at that point and faced a decision that still fucks with me to this day, ending my mothers dialysis and life support. She was unresponsive when I got there. I sat there next to her the whole time, as she slept for 3 days in hospice. At that point, I kept easing her that it was okay to let go and that I'll figure things out as I go. I sat there next to her in hospice when she opened her eyes and made eye contact with me as she took her last breath, something that I'll never forget.
Now, I'm just shy of turning 27, my twenties are blowing on by faster than I thought they'd go. Life hasn't been easy on me, I wish my mother was still around as she was my best friend. I visit my dad everyday as they were married 37 years and I hate to see him alone. I work 50+ hours a week and whenever I can get a lick of free time I like to escape into the woods to go camping, kayaking and hiking, as I feel the most stress and worry free during those activities. Its coming up on 4 years without my mother and I still struggle with her loss, recently I figured I'd call her to wish her a happy 4th of July, until I remembered I can't do that anymore... what a kick to the gonads that was...
If you've made it this far, please don't give up. There's people around who care about you and want to watch you grow & do good things for yourself. I have to keep reminding myself of that too at times.

Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!

This really teared me up. Sometimes RUclips knows somehow exactly what you need to watch. These damn algorithms are too good!
Being 21 and almost 22 now, I've finished University, lived with my folks for a year and have just moved into a new flat. In the last week I have also been through a rollercoaster with a break-up, family beef, job security down the toilet, valentines day and it just feels like a lot. My first ever love, which hurt bad but I'm trying to remind myself it was for the best.
I have quite a lot of close people in my life including a great family and set of friends, who throughout this have consistently checked up on me, but sometimes I can't reply, even after I see it. I don't really understand why I feel the need to do this, but I do enjoy peace off devices sometimes and sometimes I don't want to explain what's been going on again for the 3rd time or whatever.
I related a lot to this video, the feeling of life in a slump and unsure what the next steps are. So much uncertainty can cause chaos in your head, but I'm trying to redirect myself to focus as much as possible in the present, and look to the other side, as you mentioned in your beautifully crafted video. This week has been super long already and it's only Wednesday night, but I am learning life as a new form. I am realizing now how much I missed talking to those which I am interacting with more as of late. Something about safety in numbers, and also having someone you trust to just hear you out, who let you explain your thoughts a bit more, to allow yourself understand your stance on it just a bit better.
Mental health is super important and I am glad a lot more people are aware of it than ever before, because we gotta look out for eachother. Our sense of connection is what grounds us, so do what you can to bring that back. I know it's helped me a lot.
Anyway, I'm sure it'll get better. Whatever is going on for the rest of you just hope for something better. I'm not religious but sometimes I feel as though my Oma (Dutch for Grandma) is watching over me as an angel, and has my sht sorted for me. My path is my path and she is here with me all the time. There are people that look out for us that are alive and around us, but we may just not realise it. You matter and WE matter and people always underestimate their impacts on people's lives.
    Stay strong - I know I'm trying.

17 going on 18 next year, it just feels unreal, like life is starting to feel short. I’ve spent most of my teenage years procrastinating without a girlfriend so far, and hopefully I get there one day. 2020 didn’t make things better either. Man, watching and writing RUclips comments just hits different at 1:00 am, and I’m just venting to a bunch of strangers online who will probably never read this. Reminds me of a Pink Floyd song, “every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time, plans that either come to naught, or half a page of scribbled lines […] the time is gone, the song is over, thought I’d something more to say.”
Edit: high school for me will be over in a few more weeks, just 4 more exams to go. I had graduation last week. I asked the girl that I liked out, plenty more fish in the sea. I failed two of the more important classes I needed to get into uni. Probably have to take a bridging course. Picked up something new though, photography. I got an old Canon AE-1 Program from a mate, that will at least keep me busy from the boredom that is surely to come. My friends and I haven’t talked since graduation, seems as though we are already becoming distant, even though I hope that isn’t the case. It does seem inevitable though. I don’t want that to happen. I would do anything for them, heaven and earth just if I could spend one more day with them. One more day.
Edit 2: a lot has happened. I started talking to a girl again that I hadn’t spoken with for like a year. Turns out she had a boyfriend. Fast forward about a couple months, she says to me that she’s lost feelings for him, fast forward another month and they have broken up. About a week later we are hanging out, and we go back to hers and we are getting drunk. She confesses to me that she has had feelings for me since near the end of that last relationship. Me, taken aback by this, because no girl has ever taken a romantic interest in my life, I’m astounded, and I feel the same way about her. A week later, we do the deed, but she feels mortified about this, says she’s not ready for a relationship, I ignored this because it was wishful thinking. Same day she says she doesn’t want to lead me on, but I say it certainly feels like it. This pisses her off, we go back to my car and sort it all out there. Later that week, she texts me saying she’s about to lose her shit. I head over and she’s cut her arm open. A week later everything seems as though it has been smoothed out. But I find out she’s had Tinder installed. A few days ago she’s matched with this guy and she’s considering dating him instead. I find this to be complete bullshit because I’ve known her for 4 years, she’s known this guy for 3 days. I’ve completely lost it, I’ve lost my shit myself, though I don’t want to tell her that and probably shouldn’t. I kinda want to kill myself I’m not going to lie. First woman on the planet who has confessed feelings for me, and she goes and does that. I’m gonna stop editing this comment, I’ve already over shared a enough on this shit as it is.

I‘m 19 and strangely I can totally relate to the video.
Sometimes I feel pretty empty and lonely and overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions that I think I’m somehow depressed. I used to have much confidence but suddenly since 1-2 years it has vanished away. But on the other side I know that I can rake responsibility for my thoughts and my life but it‘s hard to sustain that „energy“. But I think I get better and better at it. Strangely I think that all other people around me are able to cope with it more „pleasantly“ and don‘t have these „exestential“ „worries“ 😂. But probably that‘s only a superficial impression.
Hope you have a great time and remember: love and compassion is the key ❤
What helps is talking to you like you would to your best friend. Become your own best friend and don‘t believe everything what your mind „says“ to you. Sometimes it is true rubbish and only hindering you from continuing!

Man, this is really deep, and it made me want to cry. It's exactly how I've felt since I turned 20, which was in the middle of the year. I feel like I'm late, stagnant, procrastinating and being nothing in my life, I see millionaires my age, traveling the world, entering college, finishing or being someone.. I still haven't joined because of an accident I had when I turned 18, and last year was an intense recovery that I couldn't study and when I finally manage to study, which is this year, it seems that nothing makes sense...
I even see my girlfriend who finished college and did an exchange program in another country and I'm nothing here, that's very sad

Im 26, feeling so lost, and like I am falling behind my peers now that I am working towards switching career paths. Procrastination, self-doubt, and dealing with emotions and trauma that I pushed deep inside by smoking weed constantly the past 5 years have been my biggest enemies. I feel myself coming to the other side now though. I've realized and accepted that life will be a constant cycle of ups and downs, losing people you love to break-ups, death, and even just drifting apart. Maybe that sounds sad, but knowing things are constantly changing actually gives me hope. There can always be a brighter future ahead. And make sure to really FEEL and ENJOY your joyous moments.

I'm 24 and terrified. I have a rough idea of what I want to do with my life, but without the confidence that comes from experience, I sometimes struggle to believe in myself. This is a part of life we all go through in one way or another, and if anything, I'm glad us young folks can take solace in knowing that we're not alone. Your 20s are for growing, learning, making mistakes, falling down and picking yourself back up. That's how we grow stronger and wiser. Try new things, try everything, try learning something new every day. Set goals for yourself, it's okay if they change over time. Go forward with gratitude and patience. We must learn to enjoy the ride of life, which although turbulent at times can also be a beautiful experience. You all have my support! 💛

Being recommended this video at 5am after a night without being able to sleep due to the heat really felt like a godsend. Even though im not in my 20s yet, i am almost 19, just graduated highschool, and now im feeling lost. I have no motivation to work on myself and would rather play games all day and watch youtube. Although i havent reached the point where responsibilities will start to overwhelm me, i am scared of imminent moment, having no experience taking full care of myself and relying on my caring parents. All i want to achieve in life at this very moment is repaying my parents for all of the love and patience they've given me and prove to them that their efforts have not been wasted on a nerd who only leeches off of them. I might be going too hard on myself, but i dont know any other way to actually get me to do something with my life. Sometimes i wonder how my friends' lives are going, if they're also in the same boat secretly, if they're also thinking what my life could be behind the scenes. As much as i love my close friends, there are some things i dont want to burden them with. I dont even know why im making this comment in the first place, maybe it's because this may be a safe place for me to vent my uncertainties away, maybe Im just looking for help, or someone that might say "You're not alone". If someone reached the end of this comment, i hope you'll have a beautiful day and know that you're strong, keep it going buddy

I found this video at a very vulnerable stage of my life. I’m 19 years old and I am going into my 20s this July. I am currently going through a breakup. My boyfriend left me yesterday very suddenly, and I feel very devastated. I feel very lost right now yet I feel a sense of relief. I know that wasn’t the life that I wanted anymore and I know that there’s much more in store for me. This video put a lot into perspective for me and I truly want to fall in love with myself and with life again before ever trying to love someone else. It’s very true that people come in and out of our lives because they have their own stories to write. I’ve never seen it in that perspective. Thank you.

Be mindful of the future, but not at the expense of the moment. Keep your concentration here and now where it belongs. The only certainty we have in this world is uncertainty. Don’t stress so much about what comes next. Focus on what comes now, and you’ll be a lot freer for it. And remember to be kind to yourself. And although I don’t know you, dear reader, I’m proud of you for making it this far. Wherever you’re at in the journey, take a break if you need to, but keep moving, and never give up. You’ve got this.

I'm 20, I'll be 21 soon, but I've never felt more lost. I have friends, studies, projects and work, from the outside everything looks incredibly successful. But inside I can't feel 100% pleasure from all this, relationships are constantly not close enough, work does not attract, projects come and go.
But most importantly, recently I realized how many people are around and how few of those whose thinking fully responds to me. I'm constantly trying new things and clinging to new relationships with people. And your video gave me such a sense of acceptance and understanding.

I really needed this, ive worked part time as a watch/clockmaker since i was about 14, im almost 22 now. a lesson that i only just learned a week ago is that time waits for no one, the world is un-wavering in its "carelessness" and the clock will keep ticking in the same way it always has no matter how much you break down in front of it, it will always stare at you with its numbered face just the same. im writing this now because i just broke down thinking how my parents are gonna pass away at some point and they are so important to me in so many ways, and no matter what i do i cant stop my parents from going away at some point, nor can i stop myself from aging.
I just wanna sit in my moms swaying lap as i cry and my dad giving me big hugs, and you know what? even tho im almost 22 i will do that, because when the clock ticks its last tock for my parents, i would have wished i did it, like i have with quite a few things in my childhood that i regret not doing. ive made mistakes and its really hurt me but its also tought me how to not get hurt again, at least in those ways.
its very clique but if you know when an anime character breaks down and just wants to fight their way too being ok? thats how i feel with aging, beating on my wall or desk or crying into my stuffed animals, theres no way out. but in the end all i can really do is make the most of the time that i have with my parents, and my friends and my youth. live it now, so that when i look back on it later, ill feel that at least i did something im proud of, and not wishing i did something in the past.
you can turn back the hands on a clock physically(you even do for certain things in clock repair), but you can never turn back the universes clock, so make every tick count, live or go for a life that you want and are proud of, not what other people tell you, but what you want. if you dont know what you want, try things and find something you want or like, because its better than doing nothing.
the universes clock will tick with its ambiguous face, it doesnt care weather you do nothing or do something you want, it looks at you the same and accepts it all in the end. im in a very hard position with many things in my life going wrong, but im super thankful that i still have people around me to support me and care for me, but at some point they will go away and im not ready for that. even when i was really young, like 8-9-10, i always hated getting older, i still do very much so, getting older has only given me great pain with some crumbs of joy. but i just have to accept thats the way the universes clock works, just the same as i know how man made clocks work.
i could rant for 10 phd essays, but ill say this as my last point. I use to do nothing but lay in bed and sleep a lot of the week, i decided to limit that and for one specific reason. your time is limited on this earth, and if what happens after death is you just go to dreamless sleep forever(nothing is proven cuz we dont know for sure, but if it happens to be this), ill have plenty of time to sleep in my bed, that time being "forever". while im temporarily here on this earth, id like to actually live it. and if something does come after life? well thats a nice surprise and a new adventure.
i wish the best for people who are going thru a harder time than me, because i know im lucky to have certain things in my life even tho ive been hurt. thanks for reading

I'm 24 now, the last year was the worst year for me (yes my 23) I was so lost, depressed and just don't have the power to move on, actually I lost a person who was so important to me, the person who has raised me up and taught me everything at the same year of my graduation, actually at the same month... It was so hard to keep moving on, I was telling myself that I can handle it but I couldn't, not just because of my lost but everything was going the wrong way, there was some days I just want to go to sleep and keep crying under my blanket till the morning and I wouldn't talk to anyone one, I just want to be alone that time but also I wishеd if I got some help from anyone.. By the time I get better, I've been planning for the next year and I want to do more for myself and just live peacefully.. I still feel lost till this day, and sometimes don't feel that I want to keep what I'm doing, but it's okay cuz I know I'm a human being, if myself want a rest then it's okay, but I don't lose hope.. I'll just keep going and I'm so thankful to where I'm now and to what I've achieved.

The last months were just horrible. I find out I don't want to do this with my life, I gave a lot to my studies and to have my degree and now I realise this work is just absurd, alienating, senseless.. added to that the complete loneliness of moving to another country. I can't help but feeling like a complete failure with this huge amount of time spent on this. I'm thinking about quitting. I'm just tired of this vertigo which freaks me out, I'm always anxious and find it impossible to imagine my future me, it feels like a black wall. So I'm writing songs at the same time.. but man... If I ever sort it out, I'll just punch every man who tells me that the 20s are the best years of your life. Fack them all, seriously.

I’m trying to prepare to go into the real world finally whilst also still trying to figure out who I am. I procrastinate a lot and I hate it, I want to be better, but like you said, it’s more comfortable to just not do the important things. I want to be the person I want to be, but my oh my is all of this overwhelming. Sometimes it gets too much and I cave in, but I know I’ll get through this and figure things out.
I hope that you, everyone in the comments, and anyone who may read this get things figured out too! Videos like these help us feel less alone, they’re more important than I think the creator realises. Thank you so much

Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!

I read many success stories of people here in the comments section.... Let me be the odd one out. I'm 24 now and has lost so much in a short time. I pursued a degree in whim of my mind and without any vision and which led to me getting fired after getting employed by some big companies. Sumptous uncertainties, Addictions, No contact, or very frequent, with my family, No Friends and no contact with the ones I had, moving from one job, one city to another, having fights with literally everyone. All this has finally led me to become a monk and living in a temple but alas my Ego has followed me here too, like it has everywhere, and the story continues and thus I'm uncertain about this too. If anyone sees this after a few years ask me if any of it has changed. Good day!

I’m 22 set to be 23 in January. I feel derealization and panic attacks that are just exhausting to keep up with while going to college and working is so difficult to balance. My brain is eating my personality and soul. I have not been the same since 18. Feels like you spend all of your 20s being depressed. I have depressing thoughts I never experienced as a teen when as a teen I thought I was depressed but I really wasn’t and could control my emotions back then. My brain feels high jacked. I have been having health issues since I had Lyme disease and PCOS and it’s shit. How do people find the will to actually live through going to work everyday? It’s just awful that I had an easier time controlling my emotions as a child rather than as an adult. It makes no sense.

I’m 29 and the difference between my younger 20s and now is huge in terms of how I see myself and how I approach the world 😂 😢. I think it makes sense that in a period where you’re experiencing the world yourself for the first time, you’re exploring and figuring things out but also getting burned and hurt. And that hurt contributes to an incredible amount of growth. One of the biggest periods of growth in our lives I think.
But I’m still lost as hell 😢. Glad to know there are others who relate to the strong feelings of confusion.
I think personality typing can also explain why some of us struggle more. Eg. INFPs care more about self-actualization and they can see every personal goal in an existential “Is this who I am?” way so they can find it harder to settle on a career.

I’m 21 and I still feel lost. I’ve been feeling lost for the past 2 years ever since I left cosmetology school. It feels like school gave me something to do. It was predictable because I knew what was to come next. I feel I’ve been living on autopilot for a long time. It feels like the same day over and over again, like I’ve been living dead. Feeling lost because it feels like I’ve lost meaning to my life but feeling anxious for not knowing what the future holds. This video does give a little reassurance to me. And it feels good that I’m not alone even though I don’t wish this on anyone. Love this ❤

Thank you for taking the time and making this video. I have been struggling with this for a while. I unknowingly fill up my schedule and am just realizing that it's for the sole reason that I dont't have to face the reality that I dont know what I want from life. But at the same time I recognize it's a blessing since every door is unlocked. I just have to have courage in opening them and seeing where they take me. Thank you.

Sometimes the best thing to do
is be in nature. Sit with the trees.
    Let go of all thoughts.
You’ve let it consume you to the point of panic.
Nothing is worth your sanity or peace,
especially not someone who treats you poorly.
Do anything to keep your mind off the subject.
When a thought comes in tell it “you don’t have access to me anymore".
And put a stop to it, replace it with whatever other thought or verbiage you want to use.
I just came out of this myself after two years.
It IS possible to move on. Just be with you for a while, you and God. Breathe and let go.
Write it all down. All of it! The anger the rage the sadness, cry it all out. And then don’t look back, eyes forward. You have a purpose and you’re being called to something else.
    Remember that.
    Much love to you.

Great video Man, just watched it on a Friday evening while everybody I know is partying and so on. Apart from the fact, that all you mentioned is absolutely true, I would like to share with you my personal experience. To be completely honest, this is the first time I will write something personal on the YT comments section. Almost 2 years ago I moved out to different city to study with my girlfriend. We were together then for about 4 years. It was really convenient living with her because she was cooking for both of us and my only responsibility was to do the dishes. However, after one year something changed and we broke up. The point is, that after one week of eating frozen food I was so fed up with it that I decided to take some action and learn how to do basic pasta or sth. And to my complete surprise, it turned out that cooking is so much fun, that after six months I have earned myself a nickname "chef" among my friends because of my skills.
The point is, that sometimes you can find something fulfilling to you when not especially looking for it, some things are just meant for us but we do not know when we get there. Greeting from Poland!

I dropped out of college, lost my girlfriend, my long called best friends are moving farther and farther away from me... But your video helps me to cope with my current situation. Everytime I feel bad I watch it and instantly feel better. It gives me hope that things will get better and easier eventually and I also feel less alone :)

This year I'm about to end my 24. Most of my friends when I meet in college and in middle school stopped contacting with others. They live their life with other friends, have their career and partners, sometimes even a baby. I'm still fighting to have good carrer, try to keep friends who are still with me, steel keep lights for my parent and find someone. Maybe it's stupid but I'm not giving up, thank's to you and this material. Thank you!
