Well yes, it always depends on how you look at it. But I feel like we're all just drifting through life to be honest :D Since so much is out of our control, it's important to not put too much pressure on yourself and focus on the thing you can impact - your next choice.

I'm so sorry to hear that brother :( As with every breakup, it all gets better with time... there's no real shortcut here. Till then, all you can really do is slowly reflect and understand the whole situation better to come at peace with it and take in the lessons. Take good care of yourself in the mean time, focus on doing the things you enjoy and meet up with your loved ones. Then, probably when you least expect it, the right person will show up in your life, reflecting back the same love and energy you deserve.

When the mc tries to unalive, she finds this midnight library and a book of regrets in which she finds all her regrets and the possible choices that could have brought her a different life. Everything has its downside, which is like the whole point, but what matters is that you should live in the future not the past

I moved from a city of millions and lots of social interactions and distractions to the countryside in a different country with very little social interactions and much silence. It has enriched the connection to myself tremendously and gave me many new perspectives on life while experiencing a lot more moments of mindfullness.
