journaling has been really helping me since 2020 when i hit rock bottom of depression and anxiety. I've become more inconsistent with it these last months but everytime i feel like my head is making me go crazy, journaling always helps me sort all my feelings and thoughts out and make my head a peaceful place to be in again.
I've been journaling since 2015, when I was a uni student. It's a great, versatile tool that you can use for a lot of things. Whether you have an idea that you want to develop, a feeling that you're trying to understand or something you want to remember, it's always a good thing to have those written down somewhere easy-to-access and distractionless.
I always journal when I feel some sort of negative emotions such as anxiety etc. or when I don't know how I feel. It helps me at the moment and sometimes I come to a solution while I'm writing my feelings. The only bad thing about it for me is I'm not journaling more often. I'd be glad to start even when I feel normal or happy, but it works for me even when I'm doing it like 1-2 a month. Anyway, great video! I love your messages. I thought you would journal or at least talk to yourself for once in a while when you speak about things so well. Wish you a beautiful week too!
So true!!! I've had to discover this myself but I wish the past me could've seen your videos too, journaling really helped me get rid of a lot of that negative energy once you learn to step back and be honest with yourself :)
Hii ! Personally, I started writing after my first break up too (4y ago) but it wasn't that consistent over the years. Like I would forgot that I could do this to express my feelings. However, I bought a notebook 1y ago and I tend to write stuff whenever something makes me anxious, it's helps a bit Really nice video btw :)

I’ve never really considered myself the journaling type because I never really liked writing too much in general. Maybe I should at least give it a try though, and maybe it’ll help me and my mental 🙏🏻
I started journaling after my first breakup,too:) it's been 2 months it's really helping like you have a very heavy stone on your back and release half of it by writing. I agree with you do you some of my journal's pages are drawings and few sentences. At first reading my journal was very hard because it was bringing all the memories back to my mind completely but after I accepted what was happening it becomes easier for me to read pages and see how I was in the past. Loved your videos and your creative way of expressing things with colors, transitions and themes.❄️🪲
I can't imagine a life without journaling, since I would lose an integral part of my reflective process.
