Find where theres a reef that drops off into deeper water.
Troll along the deep. Small fish hang around the reef for protection big fish patrol the deep water near the reef to eat those little ones. You should hook up on something!

Trolling should be done around 6knts. Slow down. Also try frozen squid as bait. Always worked well for me.
