Disappointment.. Defeats the whole purpose of the Banana clip. Banana clip suppose to give you a puffy up lift hair do. All pull back and a big kind of maw hawk in the back
I remember the ones that were 10" long and curved around the head. It in my opinion was like a show horse look. It looked great!!! A long curved mane . If your hair was medium length, it looked a lot longer.
beccaj336 it is sooo much better with curly hair,and the banana clip is hidden by the curls, it looks like a curly waterfall ponytail, i cant see why any one hasnt put a video of that on here, the hair really does look pretty.
I love banana clips and has been wearing them for years. But they aren't for everyone. you either need thick hair or hair that is layered in order for them to look the best and to make your hair look full. I agree, this demonstration was horrible! my hair is very thin but it is in layers and when I curl it and then pull it back in a banana clip it looks just great, it looks so full you would never know my hair is as thin as it is!
@@trcooper5793 I partly agree. The end result wasn't what I expected. I basically pulled my hair into a ponytail, then put the comb underneath but with the teeth slightly forward. Then I slid it into the hair toward the ponytail so that the teeth will grab my hair. And I usually put it higher up than is done in this video.

Is this seriously all I can do with this clip? I've looked but there is only this style that looks so... unappealing.
