    I really love this bowl. It is a really beautiful design. At first, I thought you were drawing daVinci's Vitruvian man with all of the lines and intersections. I do have a question. Why do you use that black for repairs? Does it come in wood colors? It sometimes takes away from the rich, golden colors of the wood.

    Its really cool how straight lines turn into intersecting arches when you carve it out. The bowl has such a nice golden color, epic work here. Is a bit unfortunate that it has some black blemishes. But probably the best option for the tear out. Work with what is given to you.

    • @RestorationDIY
      @RestorationDIY  2 года назад

      Hi, thank you for your question, with that particular bowl it would have been difficult, with the epoxy bowls most of them have a waste block cast in the center, though if I had the correct tool for coring solid timber blanks it can easily be done.
