Looks really clean, no longer have my PRO 4Runner but I am getting this for my Taco for sure, thanks for all the awesome videos and yes I’m still going to follow you even though I not in the runner any longer
Looking good man! I powder coated my skid black and did the cavalry blue decals for the trd lettering to match the 4runner. When the decals crap out I think I'll go with the tuffskinz , I like the raised lettering.
@@andyguo6700 really well and I live in a area with harsh winters and lots of road salt. It's been a couple of years now that I did it so I can't remember what it cost me, it wasn't allot.
Nice. Two thoughts though. Will it be tougher to liner around the letters? But if you bedliner it all first will the spray fill in the recess enough so the letters don't seat all the way flush?
You’d have to put more in that specific area probably. I think liner would be tougher then the letters. But these are kindabrubbery. So I’m interested to see how they hold up
At 1:31 you can see the "gap" the factory left between the front bumper and the factory skid plate but should also work with your TRD skid plate, I have a DIY 20 dollar fix that will protect that area and the bottoms of the stack of radiators. I am sure if you look closely at it you'll see where rocks and debris have dented the radiator bottoms. You can see it here: ruclips.net/video/i-aUszhcRdg/видео.html Nice job on the mod Bud, enjoy that FJ!
So did you end up liking the black color skid plate or the natural aluminum look better?
Still running the aluminum look. I enjoy it.

Cheap price when you need attention from strangers
Weird that the skid plate has air slots cut in it.
Ya I dont like it. Lots of mud and dirt gets up in there.
Gay. Must add 2” lift and 10 horsepower
I wish it added a lift. Only horse power
