I guess it's muddied by wholesome family time candid moments (which I guess could be resolved by using extended family private groupchats) and generally looking for and sharing parenting tips like "what is this rash in this image?" (though I guess that's not really entertainment, but could be if non life threatening situation is presented in some humorous way). Sharing any person as main focus without their consent is shady in my opinion and kids are vulnerable to extreme creepery so I'm not against treating them in Amish ways.

She made a private website JUST for family members, locked behind a password which was only shared with our close family that was living quite far away. She kept it up for about 2 years and people like my aunt could take a look and see how we were doing. It's really sweet to look back at.

My son is 4 and I have to teach him still quite often that he is suposed to respect other peoples boundaries, I don't even mention the gender. He is not supposed to hit someone in general. I recently explained to him that he is not allowed to take pictures of other people without asking first (he has no phone and no Ipad, instead we bought him a real camera for children, in case he wants to become a photagropher in the future and the interest stays). I also teached him that only his father is allowed to touch me so close for example my boobs or my butt because we love eachother romantically and are in a relationship, I also told him that he has to ask other children first if he wants to give them a hug or a kiss. It is soooo important to teach them at a early age already. Also the world doesn't revolve around him

I'm feel really sorry for Gen Alpha in the US 🥲. In Germany it seems people care more about respecting boundaries. I also read a lot of comments from US parents that still believe hitting children is ok. In Germany it's forbidden by law since 2002, even mental abuse or regular harassing is forbidden here.

Now ik that you shouldnt be ashamed of things like that and it really is important to talk about it. BUT as you may know, many ppl are suicidal nowadays or they sh. I think throughout social media it even got more...popular. yk? Many young ppl see these kind of videos where the ppl talk about sh. It all gets kinda...glorified. Yk what I mean?? I cant explain it that good tbh. But many young ppl who see that kind of stuff over and over again think after that that they're suicidal too. Even tho they're actually perfectly fine. But if you watch these kind of videos every day over and over again you get kinda like...brainwashed? And slowly... its not just harmles thoughts anymore. You suddenly start beeing suicidal.
