I started doing your circuit workouts, beginning with the shoulder exercises, then the chest and tricep exercises. I can definitely feel.those muscles as I am exercising. Keep making these videos. At 59, I am amazed I can do the sets and reps, and still have strength to do more
The max you should go with dumbbells to begin is 10 pounds then if you feel that the weights are to easy you go up 5 pounds. In my opinion you should this until you hit 30 pounds

@@Jj-px5sx I was lifting on and off for about 2 years since the age of 11, finally started back at 13 and I completely agree with you, biceps can be done with 10, if you are doing anything with triceps over your head/behind the head, do 5 pounds for safety, until you are strong enough and you trust yourself you can move up to 10s

Hex dumbbells are also good however they do tend to get too pricey the heavier the dumbbell weighs.
