      I started doing your circuit workouts, beginning with the shoulder exercises, then the chest and tricep exercises. I can definitely feel.those muscles as I am exercising. Keep making these videos. At 59, I am amazed I can do the sets and reps, and still have strength to do more

    I got some questions
    1.what dumbbell weights should I use as a complete beginners ?
    2. What kind of dumbbell set do I need to buy to progress?

      Probably 12 pound cause you can curl 1 with 2 arms until ur strong enough to curl one in each arm

      The max you should go with dumbbells to begin is 10 pounds then if you feel that the weights are to easy you go up 5 pounds. In my opinion you should this until you hit 30 pounds

      Amazon has many good options, a good cheap brand is “yes4all” whack name but they do the trick and have good prices. I bought a set and have just bought more plates as I needed to progress. I also have resistance bands from Amazon that can supplement certain exercises I need more weight for

      @@Jj-px5sx I was lifting on and off for about 2 years since the age of 11, finally started back at 13 and I completely agree with you, biceps can be done with 10, if you are doing anything with triceps over your head/behind the head, do 5 pounds for safety, until you are strong enough and you trust yourself you can move up to 10s

      Start with the weight you are most comfortable with, not too heavy nor too light. Id say maybe 10 lbs but this would also depend on your fitness level. If 10 is too heavy then id say go lower maybe to a five. Get the technique and proper form down first and once your comfortable with the weight, you can then increase the weight gradually by pounds or kg depending on your dumbbells (this is how you can achieve progressive overload and increase your strength and grow your muscles) Id say go for adjustable ones since they are cheaper. Hex dumbbells are also good however they do tend to get too pricey the heavier the dumbbell weighs.

      @@LlamaHawk-pl3gq If you're doing this as a standalone workout, 2 or 3 rounds will get you going. If you're doing this after another workout, 1 round is enough for a finisher.
