Yup...put the absolute most strain possible on the head of the bicep...lift it as hard and a heavy as possible so you get to have a front row seat to your bicep detaching and snapping back up into your arm. This is a great exercise...it's NOT one you want to go all out on though unless you want to be in recovery for weeks and weeks
If you want to make progress you are gonna have to push that muscle to the absolute limit. Only thing out of this video I wouldnt recommend is bicep hold at 90 degrees
I tried the second one today, it is my absolute favorite. The fact that you need to crush your hand together make my biceps shake, what an amazing workout
No it’s just insane amounts of steroids. His physique is literally impossible to achieve naturally. His advice on lifting is good but I just struggle to respect someone who is juiced.
Great workout for people that don’t have jobs. For everyone else you don’t need that much volume. Do rows and pull-ups to build biceps while compound lifting
That's an overkill, as there are too many isolation exercises and the rep count is too high. Unless you have sufficient rest between the sets and exercises, maximising your weight for the first exercise will make your biceps too fatigued to do the same for the next one. I would reduce the rep count to 8-12 and increase the rest time, depending on how you feel.
And he is switching from using both arms simultaneously to one at a time, giving one arm more rest while the other gets none. Great way to gradually build up a larger unbalance over time of doing that every workout.
@@AE-mh7cs? This is a pretty simple concept, each arm is having a different amount of rest, if you do a bench press and then straight away switch from barbell to dumbells but do one set with your right arm, and then with your left, your left arm is resting the whole time your right arm is working, and your right arm got no rest between sets. Why would I be joking about that? It's bad advice to tell someone to go from using both arms to using one mid way through a workout.

Just did this workout today, crush grip had my forearms on FIRE 🔥. Thank you sir
Did you do other exercises as well or just the ones he mentioned? Started last week and I’m not sure how many sets I should be doing
@@Mamba116do 2-4
Yup...put the absolute most strain possible on the head of the bicep...lift it as hard and a heavy as possible so you get to have a front row seat to your bicep detaching and snapping back up into your arm. This is a great exercise...it's NOT one you want to go all out on though unless you want to be in recovery for weeks and weeks
If you want to make progress you are gonna have to push that muscle to the absolute limit. Only thing out of this video I wouldnt recommend is bicep hold at 90 degrees
@@LemonToGo Ain't gonna matter if you're out of the gym for 2-3 months
@@LemonToGo your bicep will detach from your bone
Respect 💯
The last one gives me a crazy pump been doing it for a few weeks now and i feel crazy growth
Imma try them all today
Your biceps grow alot?
@@Risk9901yeah i hit arms 2-3 times a week
@@Risk9901yeah i do them 2-3 times a week
This channel is awesome, so much information packed simply into a short. Thanks man.
I tried the second one today, it is my absolute favorite. The fact that you need to crush your hand together make my biceps shake, what an amazing workout
Put you on the game
Smooth loop 👌
Just finished. Now my arm is stuck in an L. Awesome pump 💪🏾
😂
His bicep genetics are insane
No it’s just insane amounts of steroids. His physique is literally impossible to achieve naturally. His advice on lifting is good but I just struggle to respect someone who is juiced.
@@neb4587 - Absolutely anyone who still looks the same after two years of training

Bicep tear waiting to happen.

Did you do it ha
@@trevornakai-trujillo9573 yes I did. Going gym right now
It’s crazy how the end of the video transition so smoothly into the beginning of the video
AMAZING ✅🫡🪖
More leg work please!!!
Right? Look at those legs 😂
He has to pretend to show pain so we don't suspect his immortality
Great tips!
DO NOT MAX OUT THE WEIGHT ON THESE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BICEPS IN ONE PIECE.
ONE PIECE 👒☠️

I don't see too many good all rounders, but this fella knows his onion's ,
Train like convicts n military with form and techniques like this man
But convicts & military don't have free weights available 🤷
This workout literally insane!
Great bicep routine
He forgot to mention not to miss the juice out. Never skip juice day
We don’t talk about that. We just pretend they don’t
Because you dont have the mental strength to achieve this level, does not mean the one's who have are on juice.
@@voordeelzakpp 99% of the time it's aided by juice.
I don't remember him saying anything about juice. This is false advertisement lol.

Looks horrid tho
It's one of the smallest muscle no need to do 10 20 different exercises just for your biceps 2 3 exercises should be more than enough

It heals fast and is hard to work out

Great workout for people that don’t have jobs. For everyone else you don’t need that much volume. Do rows and pull-ups to build biceps while compound lifting
Best channel ever ever ever
Bro please do fx edited version as u always do..we like it more !
Even if these aren't the perfect exercises, training to 100% like you do makes them work
GUYS WARNING, DO NOT THESE EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST ONE IT'S GOOD BUT DO NOT DO ANY OTHER ONES, THEY ARE NOT EFFECTIVE, INFLUENCERS ONLY WANT VIEWS
Am trying this tonight cheers
That's an overkill, as there are too many isolation exercises and the rep count is too high. Unless you have sufficient rest between the sets and exercises, maximising your weight for the first exercise will make your biceps too fatigued to do the same for the next one. I would reduce the rep count to 8-12 and increase the rest time, depending on how you feel.
You won't be fatigued if you juice. Welcome to tic tok.
@@wizzlet6821 Thank you
And he is switching from using both arms simultaneously to one at a time, giving one arm more rest while the other gets none. Great way to gradually build up a larger unbalance over time of doing that every workout.
@@acarguy3773 i hope you are kidding xD
These look amazing, thanks! The thought of having a bicep tear always creeps in my head though, lmao.
