The glute work on the yoga blocks was a great variation from being on our hands (and stressing the wrists). I love the overall variety and challenge. ❤

Hello AJ! Hope your having a great day! My favorite exercise in this session is the glute bridges. Yess!! I completely agree with the burning sensation in the shins. I thought I was the only one who felt this, as no one talks about this. It's often an ignored muscle. This was fun! Great routine!!! I do have a question on front splits. Currently am able to do a full front split on my flexible side. However, on my least flexible side my front leg is able to touch the ground, while my back leg still needs an inch to touch the ground. This hasn't been Improving for the past weeks. Is there any suggestion/reccomendation to break out of this plateau? Have a beautiful day Jacquelyn!!🙏❤
