And also humanity behind performance. To see not only calisthenics but life and openness to world.
@@oiradzeus i agree with you my friend, i would also say that being so obsessed doesn’t necessarily make one better at calisthenics.. as I learned from many of the best athletes in the space, if you idolize and obsess over the skills you want to achieve too much, you will never be able to normalize them enough to perform them. So it’s always good to remember that there is more than just calisthenics, first there is life and all it’s beauty. ❤️

I injured myself from running, and have been taking a break for a few months. I have started calistenichs and strength training and it's going great. If someone replies in a couple of weeks i can tell how it's going, and this is where i am today: Diamond push-ups: Almost 20 Straight push-ups: Around 35-40 Pull-ups: 7
