    I eat 10 everyday, no cholesterol, skinny and healthy, never tired, I work almost 16 hours everyday, eggs are a miracle food and hard work makes you stronger.

    I usually consume 1-3 eggs a day. They keep you full for a really long time and thats great especially if you are on diet👌👌

      I ate 170 grams of spinach almost everyday for 18 months. Kidney stones hurt and so does the surgery to remove them after eating all those oxalates in spinach. I lost 240 pounds on Keto and decided veggies would be good to bring in near the end of the weight loss. I regret that and now stick with way, way less veggies.

      @@juliefeathers I understand. I never had kidney stones and it was not really a concern. But that all changed and so I am out on all green leafy veggies. I am about at the point not to eat anything. I am and have been very strict keto for many years and now do a low oxalate diet. Soon I will just eat air but we all know about pollution so I am sure a video will come out soon telling me not to breathe!

      @@randyalanjones You probably should have slightly cooked your veggies, either by steaming them or sauteed. It reduces the oxalates significantly. Consuming too many green or cruciferous veggies raw can also cause you to develop hypothyroidism!

    I do 9 eggs a day. Eggs only breakfast. Eggs and meat/sirloin/bacon/ham/sausage for lunch. Eggs and salad dinner with 0 carb dressing. Easy to loose weight and not be hungry. Friday is pizza nite. Snack, flavored pork rinds, 0 carbs.Then back on. Feel great and down 30lbs on 2 months.

    I eat 4 eggs a day (more or less) and have zero health issues. I also eat lots of organic vegetables and fruits. I am 60 and feel like I'm in the prime of my life.

    Pasture raised organic are the best even better than regular organic eggs they always have a different color in the yolk it’s always much more vibrant almost a orange/yellow color

      orange yolk can also indicate that dye is added to the chicken’s feed. Espcially if the color has a strong orange.

      I think aslong as your consumption of eggs is less than your maintenance calories. You should be able to burn them off in theory without any problems.

    The answer is - as many as you like. You can live solely on eggs for decades if you want but you will most likely get tired of them.

    Between 8 and 12 or 15 per day, 3-4 whole and rest just yolks. That was also the most healthy part on my vegetarian eating for decades, that deteriorated my health thanks to high carbs. Staying on keto / carnivore for rest of my life. All I actually need is meat (rather fish), eggs .. and some cheese. With ghee, lard, tallow, .... I do not think there is any limit to how many eggs per day if we are talking yolks.

    I try to eat 3 a day sunny side up, cooked with extra virgin coconut oil, pastured grass fed butter, also eat organic fresh mozzarella, a good organic bread, organic alvocado, and I drizzle high quality extra virgin olive oil on my breakfast.

    i minimum eat 5 eggs a day usually hard boiled but sometime 7-10 eggs a day.I am a bodybuilder and very active person so i differs from other average peoples.

    Best cheap superfood by far! Do not waste your money with expensive food and supplements. 5 eggs a day and you should have most of he nutrients needed.

    How much of the nutritional value is left in the egg after being hard boiled? Is it better to have soft boiled, poached or fried? Which way gives you the best nutrient intake after cooking?

    Eat 10 a week roughly.
    Recent blood work- all normal.
    Chlorestral was as follows -
    HDL-62
    LDL-112
    Triglycerides- 70
    Chlorestral ratio 2.8
    Remnant chlorestral 14
    Worth noting I've only eaten that number for about a year and a half -
    3 years ago my HDL was low to mid 30s.
    (Edit-) I may just add that I've cleaned up the diet greatly and I do exercise daily so it s maybe not all the eggs,but they play a factor in helping.

    For years the food police told us eggs were bad for you, evil, full of bad cholesterol, etc....and yet data said otherwise. Fortunately, I knew they were full of crap and ignored them. I eat 2-3 everyday !

    How will eating more than 5 eggs a day deprive you of other nutrients? It doesn't stop you from eating veggies. You might have to reduce other animal protein intake to stay within a caloric or macronutrient range, but that's about it. In the past, I've eaten a dozen eggs a day to build muscle because it ramps up testosterone production; my diet was not lacking in any other respect.

    I am almost 70, I have been eating about 6 eggs per day for a long time. Everything is normal. Soft boiled eggs are very easy to eat and digest. So you can eat soft boiled eggs and still have an appetite for the other food items.

      Yes! Definitely. Depending on how many eggs you eat it is best to buy them in cartons. If you eat a modest amount of eggs and shop more often, a carton with 2 rows of 6 or 9 works well, but if you consume them more regularly, I recommend buying the double stacked rectangular cartons with with 6 rows of 6 each.

    What makes you think you can't have all the necessary other macro and micronutrients if you have as many eggs in a day as you like? Which is what I do and I also manage to get all the other nutrients from my cruciferous salad....all from one meal day. So putting a number of the amount I believeve is counterproductive

    2015 Don't eat eggs, 2016 eat eggs, 2017 don't eat eggs, 2018 eat eggs... 2022 ? You get my drift. It's like all the past debatable foods (dark chocolate, caffeine, red meat), it changes year on year, always based on the most recent studies. Think you have to monitor your own body's response to the various foods as we're all susceptible to our individual mix of genetics.

      The cravings for sugar and carbs go away after about a week in keto. Eggs and burgers (minus the bun and ketchup) are your friend. A month into keto the taste of sugar will repulse.
      Hunger goes away. Keep hard boiled eggs around for snacks if you become hungry.

    This maybe very late, but my mom said me and sisters shouldn't eat more than 2 eggs cuz (for me mainly) chicken and eggs trigger my asthma or help it trigger it faster(i don't remember correctly) how many would I actually have to eat if It helps me get asthma?

    Be careful, there is a study that possibly ties excessive egg yolk consumption with prostate cancer. Look into this, I ate 2-3 eggs a day for 1 year and (coincidentally?) was diagnosed with prostate cancer the next year. Moderation is the key.

    Doc is saying : 5 Eggs a day (or less.) I'm eating 2 soft boiled Eggs a day. I'm thinking of upping it to 4 a day. I'm also eating Avocado and a few Macadamia nuts, (at various times throughout the day.) For my main meal of the day, I'll steam some Vegetables, (Cabbage, Onions and Mushrooms.) I usually add a good quality Chicken Soup into the mix, along with a couple of pinches of Organic Cayenne Pepper. 🤤 🤤 🤤

    How does eating more than 5 eggs equate to not getting nutrients from other foods? Just because the gentleman ate 25 eggs a day doesn't mean he wasn't also consuming a large diet of green leafy vegetables, fruits, and whole wheat breads. I eat about 8-10 eggs per day throughout each day. I also eat several servings of a mix of kale and spinach throughout the day. When I eat my vegetable mix, I also have a very thick slice of home made whole wheat bread. After I've worked out at the gym, I blend frozen pineapple chunks and some water with 3-5 eggs (this is part of the 8-10 eggs I eat). I drink that. Every other day I juice my kale/spinach combo. I also snack on whatever carb might be in the household just as long as it isn't processed. It is possible to eat more than 5 eggs per day and still get a good combination of nutrients from other sources.

      Because egg fill you up quite a bit. You don't want to force feed.

    Egg yolk has around 11 gm of fat, can you consume 10 whole eggs everyday in case you are shredding?

    Lot of people r saying eggs hv more omega 6 than 3, so has to be kept minimal.. I expected u to comment on that too in this video doc

    Hi dr nick please help me I don't know if I eat too many egg like 6& 7 egg and I feel dizzy and my Temperature is high I couldn't Figure out what my body is telling me
