I lost 240 pounds on Keto and decided veggies would be good to bring in near the end of the weight loss. I regret that and now stick with way, way less veggies.

Yes! Definitely. Depending on how many eggs you eat it is best to buy them in cartons. If you eat a modest amount of eggs and shop more often, a carton with 2 rows of 6 or 9 works well, but if you consume them more regularly, I recommend buying the double stacked rectangular cartons with with 6 rows of 6 each.

I also snack on whatever carb might be in the household just as long as it isn't processed. It is possible to eat more than 5 eggs per day and still get a good combination of nutrients from other sources.

Agree i live in small village growing oun eggs i can tell that i bought from grocery and the yolk is allmost white and i fell almostvnothing from them
orange yolk can also indicate that dye is added to the chicken’s feed. Espcially if the color has a strong orange.

I think aslong as your consumption of eggs is less than your maintenance calories. You should be able to burn them off in theory without any problems.

Because egg fill you up quite a bit. You don't want to force feed.

finally. 5 is my max egg per day. I love em. used to be concerned that I might be eating too much. finally.
Does it increase cholesterol? I limit only 3 eggs a day.
