Great reminder Grant. it’s easy to get self absorbed and think it’s all about us when it’s not. I always practice that when I’m out riding. waving, and saying hello or even striking up a conversation whenever possible.
Agree with saying hi or waving. You should try and ride with another person. That person can push you or you push them. Also makes training so much more fun and helps pass the time. The hard part is finding that buddy to go riding with.

@guyver626 - You are right about riding with others, it does energize up the ride. I will have to make that work.
