Fluid audio make some great speakers with some really good mounting options. Went with these for a 5.1 setup for film mixing and I was really impressed
I like your style, a balance of entertainment and technical content. From a price point and someone that is just starting the Atmos journey I find Audient Aria Interface and Controller an exciting new product, I currently have an EVO 16 + SP8 setup but the new controller looks like it will make setup much easier for the home studio and Fluid would integrate nicely.
I am still thinking about that guitar you really liked while you were still in the UK in your old stomping grounds. 😊 I've been listening to these NAMM days but highly distracted by dueling corporations playing cups and balls with my rent that they already have.

Bloom looks like Gullfoss on steroids, think it would be better if you had the option to boost with saturation rather than clean digi gain though tbh. Also funny how they made it pink as most of those automatic EQ’s use pink noise as a reference curve. The Hum console is absolutely insane, fair play to them; thought of everything. Dare think how much that beast costs.
I’m checking in with Warren as he paddles through NAMM making sure my most recent purchases of BAE and Shelford Channel are still hip, groovy and worthy investments as I take his demos and reviews as gospel So far still feeling confident that proven gear won’t be “unproven” regardless of tech plug-in emulation As a guitarist primarily, Love my tube amps Love the API cream console and sure HUM is a analog godsend given all the new math and quantum computing these days, they have features and amenities that feel like the old days with a twist , in my 60s now and off the road so ready to make some music in my semi retired years, collected some great boxes over time old H3000 and a Tele La2a among my favorites Just keep the channel rolling and we can keep on learning I dumped about $80,000 in the last two years into my existing home studio from Neumann to Apollo to Genelec with the nod from Warrens channel so if it dosnt sound good I have no one to blame myself And of course any vocal talent so bad that even Celemony’ Peter N. would say “no way buddy” now that his english is better than mine

Q for your FAQ friday: you talked recently about Dolby Atmos, but I'm aware that there are other standards around. What's the view from the mixing side of the business about this? Is it likely that different standards will be used in particular areas? ie. games, broadcast, music.. Or is it a fight for which one wins all?!

@@Producelikeapro i mean the presonus eris pro series and the fluid audio fx series, they do look very similar, design wise, not making any negative connotations here, just an observation is all. But if you do have both of those monitors, then i will be eager to hear what you think about them, i have the eris E8xt's atm, and i was going to upgrade to the eris pro 8's, now i will have to look atcthe fluids also. 😁
