My body lost a few pounds but more importantly, my body became toned and my lifestyle became healthier. Mentally I became so much more happier and I can see the results of working out. Day 1: Did twice, can’t do the last exercise correctly for some reason my hands were too sweaty😅 Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday. Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier💪🏼 Did it twice. Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though! Day 5: YOU GUYS! It has only been five days and I'm down two pounds👏🏼 I haven't changed anything in my diet(I'm a sucker for carbs👩🏽🍳🍝) to get results faster. Did this workout with a few modifications because I got my period and the cramps were getting the best of me.

Hi today was my fifth day and I’m pretty happy with the results but my lower abdomen hurts. Everything was fine till day 4 but idk what happened on 5th day. The pain is reduced but it still hurts. Is it normal?
@@sanlarry3784 I get sore on my thigh and legs on day 1 and 2, but after day 3 i don't feel sore anymore. I never get lower abdomen pain after doing this workout so I don't really know about it
I did this for a week and lost about 2kg with no specific diet. Otherwise I feel happier and healthier since I've never did routine excercise lol. Next week I'm gonna continue this with her leg and arm excercise!

It took me 8 days since I've been so inactive for months after a major surgery, but I did all the exercises without taking breaks in between! The hip dip planks are the hardest for me, but I did it! I hope I can continue to get even better, thank you April!

Ive tried tons of workout and hers is the only one i feel happy doing, and feel motivated to continue doing. Not too hard, but hard enough to feel and see a difference. Im also glad she included a back workout, because i have lower back pain and always see it left out

4 years I stopped working out and going to the gym and now, I started using this workout last Monday and this is very effective, Not because you will trim instantly but because you will sweat a lot. I kept doing this once a day combined with another workout. I also had dietary restrictions and limited myself to about 700 kilo calories to 1000 kilo calories a day. As a result, I lost about 10kg from 65kg in three months, and in 6 months, I lost 18 kg. I am really glad! Thank you April!
I'm doing two of your HIIT and they are incredibly effective. I've lost 1 kg after 5 days of practicing (with diet, I try to consume no more than 1600 calories a day). I know this is not a huge changes but I'm very thankful and will definitely try others exercises of yours. Wish you the best and again, thank you a lot.

I've been doing this exercise for almost 2 months. First days were hard for me, but now I can do it twice in a row (after few minutes brak). I have not lose weight significantly since I skipped a few days, eat rice everyday, and eat snacks. But one thing I know is that some people say my face is less chubby. I also feel my pants are getting looser. I am fitter than months ago too. I think this is a good exercise to keep your body fit.

I started doing this workout yesterday and to keep myself motivated i thought i could also share my results. I'm doing it once a day, trying to eat less just to be somewhere around my calorie deficit, drinking a lot of water and doing intermittent fasting 16/8. I already lost 1.8kg in one week just with intermittent fasting. I wasn't so strict about it tho. I'm weighing myself right after waking up. Loved your workout April! I workout 5x per week and I still found this workout challenging but effective. I started doing your “Anterior Pelvic Tilt” video a week ago and have already noticed a HUGE difference in my posture so today I did your 5 min abs, slim arms workout and this HITT workout. I am sure I will feel the “pain” tomorrow but I plan to make all 4 of these videos my “Go To” daily play list and look forward to seeing the results in 30 days. You have such a sweet personality too! I used to keep up with my fitness very well only three years ago, I was so fit and skinny. Once I started working two jobs and then started university studies in the town over (commute sitting in my car for two hours a day plus class time) I have gained back fat again. This is honestly quite easy for a HIIT workout. The other that I've tried were so hard. Throughout the video, I also realised the shorter a workout video is, the harder it is. Overall, thanks for the workout April!

My body lost a few pounds but more importantly, my body became toned and my lifestyle became healthier. Mentally I became so much more happier and I can see the results of working out. Day 1: Did twice, can’t do the last exercise correctly for some reason my hands were too sweaty😅
Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday.
Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier💪🏼 Did it twice.
Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though!
Day 5: YOU GUYS! It has only been five days and I'm down two pounds👏🏼 I haven't changed anything in my diet(I'm a sucker for carbs👩🏽🍳🍝) to get results faster. Did this workout with a few modifications because I got my period and the cramps were getting the best of me.

Hi today was my fifth day and I’m pretty happy with the results but my lower abdomen hurts. Everything was fine till day 4 but idk what happened on 5th day. The pain is reduced but it still hurts. Is it normal?

I did this for a week and lost about 2kg with no specific diet. Otherwise I feel happier and healthier since I've never did routine excercise lol. Next week I'm gonna continue this with her leg and arm excercise!

It took me 8 days since I've been so inactive for months after a major surgery, but I did all the exercises without taking breaks in between! The hip dip planks are the hardest for me, but I did it! I hope I can continue to get even better, thank you April!

4 years I stopped working out and going to the gym and now, I started using this workout last Monday and this is very effective, Not because you will trim instantly but because you will sweat a lot. I kept doing this once a day combined with another workout. I also had dietary restrictions and limited myself to about 700 kilo calories to 1000 kilo calories a day. As a result, I lost about 10kg from 65kg in three months, and in 6 months, I lost 18 kg. I am really glad! Thank you April!
I'm doing two of your HIIT and they are incredibly effective. I've lost 1 kg after 5 days of practicing (with diet, I try to consume no more than 1600 calories a day). I know this is not a huge changes but I'm very thankful and will definitely try others exercises of yours. Wish you the best and again, thank you a lot.

Please motivate me! I always lose motivation after 3-4 days since I don't see results (I know it's impossible to see results this fast, this is why that's my biggest problem when I try to lose weight)
So for the people who are waiting for my results I'll be honest with you, I did give up.
The reason is simple: my depression. I DID receive medication, but I didn't see results after a while, so I gave up this too, I tried to get better by myself and with my friends, which did help. I tell you this because the problem is that I moved out for my school in a big city at like 10 hours from home where I know nobody and we have the covid, so I can't go out and try to make friends. Anyway, my depression just came back stronger... which doesn't really help at all haha but I decided to try again doing some exercises, I think it'll help me, even if only a little I hope to find the volunty to do it and don't give up because right now, even eating, drinking water and getting up for school is really hard and I know it's not healthy... anyway, I don't know if anyone will read this long explanation, but if you did I'm really sorry I couldn't share with you my result (I'll try to start with a more calm one tomorrow, the one for the legs on the floor if you're interested in my results)

story time: my family planned a vacation last year so i really want to loose some weight and i came across at april han's channel and found this workout. i did this for one whole week before out vacation, before doing this workout my weight is around 55/54 kg and after doing it for one week it drop at 49kg! i lost weight because of this and i didnt cut of my meal portion or do a diet
now i am here again because i gained weight hehe

Day2:. Oh god, my body is full of cramps as it was my first time doing work out, and also the first time when i felt that am fat. 😔 But somehow finished doing it.

I've been doing this exercise for almost 2 months. First days were hard for me, but now I can do it twice in a row (after few minutes brak). I have not lose weight significantly since I skipped a few days, eat rice everyday, and eat snacks. But one thing I know is that some people say my face is less chubby. I also feel my pants are getting looser. I am fitter than months ago too. I think this is a good exercise to keep your body fit.

With doing her videos an eating healthy( 2 meals a day and healthy snack in between, I skip breakfast usually and eat at 12:00 until 19:00) Missed 2 days because I was busy.
I have lost 7.7 pounds. 3cm off my arms 6 cm off my stomach. 2.5 cm off my thighs. 2cm off my calves. 7cm off my bust. 3.5cm off my hips.
April 15, 2020:
I have lost total of 9 pounds so far.
I did only 3 times this week. Lost about 1.5cm off my waist. I was still eating healthy 2 meals a day.

I started doing this workout yesterday and to keep myself motivated i thought i could also share my results. I'm doing it once a day, trying to eat less just to be somewhere around my calorie deficit, drinking a lot of water and doing intermittent fasting 16/8.

Loved your workout April! I workout 5x per week and I still found this workout challenging but effective. I started doing your “Anterior Pelvic Tilt” video a week ago and have already noticed a HUGE difference in my posture so today I did your 5 min abs, slim arms workout and this HITT workout. I am sure I will feel the “pain” tomorrow but I plan to make all 4 of these videos my “Go To” daily play list and look forward to seeing the results in 30 days. You have such a sweet personality too! It was almost soothing to work through the workouts with you while listening to your melodic voice.

I came to give an update today, I don't normally measure my weight every day but I couldn't stop myself. I lost 1 kilo in just 1 day??? I THINK I WILL FLY WITH JOY. I used to keep up with my fitness very well only three years ago, I was so fit and skinny. Once I started working two jobs and then started university studies in the town over (commute sitting in my car for two hours a day plus class time) I have gained back fat again.
