      @@athikatarannum7929 when I first started I was discouraged when I didn't see the number on the scale go down. But then I realised that it wasn't about the number. My body lost a few pounds but more importantly, my body became toned and my lifestyle became healthier. Mentally I became so much more happier and I can see the results of working out. I'm glad that I am able to keep you guys encouraged to excercise as personally I went through difficulties as well! All the best in your journey!!

    Day 1: Did twice, can’t do the last exercise correctly for some reason my hands were too sweaty😅
    Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday.
    Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier💪🏼 Did it twice.
    Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though!
    Day 5: YOU GUYS! It has only been five days and I'm down two pounds👏🏼 I haven't changed anything in my diet(I'm a sucker for carbs👩🏽‍🍳🍝) to get results faster. Did this workout with a few modifications because I got my period and the cramps were getting the best of me.

    I'm going to update every week of my progress, Hope I still get motivated to do this everydayy!!

    My goal = 45kg
    Week 1 (done)= 55.6 kg

    I think I'm gonna take a break first here, since i feel so unmotivatedd :(

      Hi today was my fifth day and I’m pretty happy with the results but my lower abdomen hurts. Everything was fine till day 4 but idk what happened on 5th day. The pain is reduced but it still hurts. Is it normal?

    It took me 8 days since I've been so inactive for months after a major surgery, but I did all the exercises without taking breaks in between! The hip dip planks are the hardest for me, but I did it! I hope I can continue to get even better, thank you April!

    Ive tried tons of workout and hers is the only one i feel happy doing, and feel motivated to continue doing. Not too hard, but hard enough to feel and see a difference. Im also glad she included a back workout, because i have lower back pain and always see it left out

    4 years I stopped working out and going to the gym and now, I started using this workout last Monday and this is very effective, Not because you will trim instantly but because you will sweat a lot. According to my body I need to workout for 30mins , so I do this workout 3 times or sometimes pair up with her other 10min cardio workout. Truly grateful for this workout! Amazing results!!     I kept doing this once a day combined with another workout. I also had dietary restrictions and limited myself to about 700 kilo calories to 1000 kilo calories a day. As a result, I lost about 10kg from 65kg in three months, and in 6 months, I lost 18 kg. I am really glad! Thank you April!

    I'm doing two of your HIIT and they are incredibly effective. I've lost 1 kg after 5 days of practicing (with diet, I try to consume no more than 1600 calories a day). I know this is not a huge changes but I'm very thankful and will definitely try others exercises of yours. Wish you the best and again, thank you a lot.

    Please motivate me! I always lose motivation after 3-4 days since I don't see results (I know it's impossible to see results this fast, this is why that's my biggest problem when I try to lose weight)
    So for the people who are waiting for my results I'll be honest with you, I did give up.
    The reason is simple: my depression. I DID receive medication, but I didn't see results after a while, so I gave up this too, I tried to get better by myself and with my friends, which did help. I tell you this because the problem is that I moved out for my school in a big city at like 10 hours from home where I know nobody and we have the covid, so I can't go out and try to make friends. Anyway, my depression just came back stronger... which doesn't really help at all haha but I decided to try again doing some exercises, I think it'll help me, even if only a little I hope to find the volunty to do it and don't give up because right now, even eating, drinking water and getting up for school is really hard and I know it's not healthy... anyway, I don't know if anyone will read this long explanation, but if you did I'm really sorry I couldn't share with you my result (I'll try to start with a more calm one tomorrow, the one for the legs on the floor if you're interested in my results)

    Day 5 - done- As it is 2 November here, i took my weight, and it's 70.8! I'm so glad I'm loosing weight!

    Day 7 - couldn't do, it was Diwali

    Day 9 - only this and hylt, i was tired

    Day 11 - done - weight - 69.9
    Day 12 - Not done, I was tired as hell
    Day 13 - done ( I started doing cardio to bangbangbang, mic drop and boombayah today, to see if it burnt more calories. It did)
    Day 14 - done (I burnt less calories, but it was fine, as i had some tail bone pain yesterday)
    Day 15 - done, tail bone felt a lot better
    Skipped 2 days, tail bone was awful.
    Day 16 - Done, but didn't do hips and the dance, wanted to restart a bit slow
    Day 17 - Done everything, also started breast reduction exercise Weight - 70.1, as I have periods my weight didn't decrease, but increased by 200 grams. Will work hard through this week 🔥🔥 (but maybe avoid abs workout?)
    Day 18 - Done all apart from ab workout, didn't wanna risk it
    Day 19 - Done all part from abs, started height stretches
    I didn't do for one day here, as I was out with cousins
    Day 20 - done, restarted abs workout, periods are overrr

    i am looking for this workout omg finally found it!
    story time: my family planned a vacation last year so i really want to loose some weight and i came across at april han's channel and found this workout. i did this for one whole week before out vacation, before doing this workout my weight is around 55/54 kg and after doing it for one week it drop at 49kg! i lost weight because of this and i didnt cut of my meal portion or do a diet

    Day2:. Oh god, my body is full of cramps as it was my first time doing work out, and also the first time when i felt that am fat. 😔 But somehow finished doing it.

    I've been doing this exercise for almost 2 months. First days were hard for me, but now I can do it twice in a row (after few minutes brak). I have not lose weight significantly since I skipped a few days, eat rice everyday, and eat snacks. But one thing I know is that some people say my face is less chubby. I also feel my pants are getting looser. I am fitter than months ago too. I think this is a good exercise to keep your body fit.

    April 1st, 2020: ( started March 25,2020)
    Lost about 3 pounds in 1 week. I did her thigh and arm workouts as well, once a day for each workout, 6 days a week. I lost 2-4 cm off my waist and arms and thighs. I will keep posting updates each week. 🙏
    I don't know why but her voice motives me even though I can't understand what she is saying without subtitles. 😂
    April 8, 2020:
    With doing her videos an eating healthy( 2 meals a day and healthy snack in between, I skip breakfast usually and eat at 12:00 until 19:00) Missed 2 days because I was busy.
    I have lost 7.7 pounds. 3cm off my arms 6 cm off my stomach. 2.5 cm off my thighs. 2cm off my calves. 7cm off my bust. 3.5cm off my hips.
    April 15, 2020:
    I have lost total of 9 pounds so far.
    I did only 3 times this week. Lost about 1.5cm off my waist. I was still eating healthy 2 meals a day.

    I started doing this workout yesterday and to keep myself motivated i thought i could also share my results. I'm doing it once a day, trying to eat less just to be somewhere around my calorie deficit, drinking a lot of water and doing intermittent fasting 16/8.
    I already lost 1.8kg in one week just with intermittent fasting. I wasn't so strict about it tho.
    I'm weighing myself right after waking up.
    Before:
    Height: 153cm
    Weight: 56.2kg (before week of only intermittent fasting - 58kg)
    Day 1: 56kg
    Day 2: 55.4kg
    Day 3: 55.5kg

    Loved your workout April! I workout 5x per week and I still found this workout challenging but effective. I started doing your “Anterior Pelvic Tilt” video a week ago and have already noticed a HUGE difference in my posture so today I did your 5 min abs, slim arms workout and this HITT workout. I am sure I will feel the “pain” tomorrow but I plan to make all 4 of these videos my “Go To” daily play list and look forward to seeing the results in 30 days. You have such a sweet personality too! It was almost soothing to work through the workouts with you while listening to your melodic voice.

    It's my first day and I'm already dizzy and sweating like crazy
    I'm pretty short (157cm) but I weigh 61kg so my body feels very heavy rn
    Going to be realistic and say that I probably won't be able to do this every day for at least a week bc my body is not used to exercising but I am going to try my best and make this a habit.

    I came to give an update today, I don't normally measure my weight every day but I couldn't stop myself. I lost 1 kilo in just 1 day??? I THINK I WILL FLY WITH JOY. Thank you April 😭😭🤍 In addition to this exercise, I was also doing another exercise, drinking 2 liters of water a day and eating my food at every meal.     I used to keep up with my fitness very well only three years ago, I was so fit and skinny. Once I started working two jobs and then started university studies in the town over (commute sitting in my car for two hours a day plus class time) I have gained back fat again. I am skinny but not fit. So I decided that during quarantine I will use this time to rebuild a routine. This will be helpful to get back my fitness! Thanks!

    During the quarantine, I wanna try doing this for the next 3 weeks, since I want to change my unhealthy lifestyle. I’m overweight, and I’ve always struggled with eating. My whole family is overweight too, and I’m still a teenager so I can’t always control what I eat. My goal is to eat healthier and do this workout, with April’s arm workout every day until May 1st. I must not lose motivation, which will be the hardest part since I tend to be very lazy sometimes... I want to challenge myself so, here you go! ovo I will keep updates here.

    Doing this for 2 weeks now and my weight dropped from 51-46. I will stop doing this because I reached my goal and my fam. Feels like I'm getting so much thin (everyone has Asian mom can relate) So, there just want to motivate y'all, thanks Ms. April! ✨

      Hi,sorry for late my reply. I'm doing this every night (but not before sleeping), I had my food diet too. I maintained doing this everyday, I think that's the key, the workout itself is really working. Just be consistent and focus on your goal✨ you can do it❣️

    This is honestly quite easy for a HIIT workout. The other that I've tried were so hard. Throughout the video, I also realised the shorter a workout video is, the harder it is. Overall, thanks for the workout April!

    after 3 weeks -
    (Week one)
    Day 1: Done and complete, was hard to do since this was the first workout I did in months.
    Day 2: good but still very sore
    Day 3: didn’t do it cause I was very tired
    Day 4: pretty good only did the leg workout though
    Day 5: very nice feeling a little bit stronger and added a HIT workout

    Edit: the first day was hard like I really wanted to give up but I kept going cuz who wouldn’t want the perfect body, please support me so I can keep going for at least 2 weeks

    Thanks a lot , April .. I lost 1.1 kg in the first week . I did this along with the thigh workout . And I ate only healthy foods .. 1000 - 1300 calories ..now I have also started the arm workout ... Will update ...

    Hi guys , I lost only 0.6 kg last week even though I was on diet ....my body was getting very used to the excercise. ...so I have now changed my workout ...

    Edit : hey guys .. I started Chloe ting two week shred challenge.... I did it continuously for 4 days. ....then I walked 10000 steps an hour for the next 5 days instead of doing her excercise ....then I started it from day 6 again ...today I am in day 9 ...I am doing lily sabri belly fat workout too along with it ...I am sweating a lot ...but I see a tinny tinny difference I guess so...but I have lost about 2.5 kg last checked 4 days before ...

And for your first question ...I did it along with the video ...and I was taking breaks in between cause I was tired ...if you wanna do it in sets ...you can ...but always remember don't push yourself too much ...cause we are beautiful the way we are ....

      hey! i’m proud of u for working on ur body or whatnot but please remember 1500 calories is not a healthy amount to eat as much as u think :(( with ur height ur body should be getting much more nutrition
