    4. Brush Knee Push Hands
    Move One-Grasp the Bird’s Tail
    5. Slowly lift right arm shoulder height bent at the elbow at the same time, move your left arm in a circular motion just right below your right elbow as if you were holding a ball relaxing both elbows turning slightly to the right.
    1. Pull your left arm to the left shoulder level with your palm facing toward you, at the same time, press your right hand downward next to your right hip.
    2. Then move your right hand in an upward arch toward your left and turn both hands over bringing them down passing your right hip and out to your right side.
    3. As you lift both hands to chest height, put the edge of your right hand against your left wrist, then push both hands forward.
    4. Before completely straightening (slight bend) your elbows, separate your arms, bringing both hands towards your chest, dropping both hands down and then push forward to shoulder height with both elbows bent and down.
    Move Two-Lift Heaven and Push Earth/Golden Rooster
    1. Place both arms out with palms facing down and circle to the right.
    1. Place your left forearm across your body at chest level and drop your right hand next to your right hip.
    2. Lift your right hand straight along the center of your body inside your left arm with your fingers pointing up until you reach right above your forehead and your left hand beneath your right elbow.
    3. Then open both arms outward with right palm facing out above forehead and left palm facing down, next to your left hip.
    Move Three-Play the Pipa
    1. Circle both arms clockwise to shoulder height, bring both arms to the center of your body.
    2. Stop with the left hand at the nose level to the center of your body.
    3. Bring the right hand under the left elbow with both palms facing each other 45 degrees keeping both elbows down.
    4. Then, sweep your left hand across your face at the same time dropping your right hand to your right hip, palm facing down.
    Move Four-Brush Knee Push Hands
    1. Circle your right hand away from your body with your palm facing up at the same, pausing your left hand below your right elbow with palm facing down.
    2. Take your right hand near your right ear and push it out across your body to the left.
    3. At the same time, brushing your left hand across your knees resting at your left hip with your palm facing down.
