I used to do the shaking exercise in the winter while waiting for the bus it definitely distracts you from the cold and warms you up on the inside

Ancient wisdom taught simply combined with powerful metaphors to illustrate the principles of qigong, all taught with beautiful scenery as a backdrop. Qigong teaching just doesn't get any better than Nick Loffree!

Fruits diet as food or juices and detox through teas or frequencies would clear this out, dandelion root for adrenal glands and bladderwrack for whole endorcine system/thyroid whom are in control of those things should help, moringa tea helps the adrenals and soothes anxiety too because it lowers cortisol levels

Thank you verry much for creating and sharing this video! Loved the stream, well done for being in nature! :-). I'm currently living with ROP (my human eye condition, long story LOL), so I am always a little cautious about which spiritual practices I engage in independently. However, Chi gong is one of those I am happy to report I find accessible! Woo hoo!!! :-). I'm a complete beginner at present, and because I don't want to pay for one to one teaching, when i'm ready for more advanced techniques, i'm going to work with my spirit guides and other higher teachers on the celestial astral realms. They can teach me. :-). One of my other ameteur practices is going to be Shamanic healing. I've already done some free trial work with an old friend of mine, who's wonderful. We've known each other since before our present earth lives (I know, wicked right LOL, I mean, cool right :-) ). For one of my assignments, she verified my life purpose. Our higher teams collaboratively told her that my mission is to teach creativity here on Earth, and really help humanity to lighten up and be their best selves. Or to quote mine and Angella's teams "to elevate their freequency.". Therefore, speaking as your spiritual teacher, I am delighted with your video. I found it verry simple to follow, and you're a fun teacher. :-). Anyway, I intend to combine my personal chi gong practice with Shamanic healing,, astral travel, and everyday practices such as mindfulness meditation. Thank you again, and well done. If you ever struggle to create new material in the future, my team God and I grant you permission to use my purpose to aid you =creativity and lightness. Trust us, once you enter into the spirit of the essence of God's and my power, you'll never look back! :-) :-). I have a suggestion to get you thinking :-). Why not create videos for people with additional needs such as myself? :-). It's just a suggestion. I'm happy to help you out if you get stuck when adapting material! :-). With love and light, Rahila and devine company. :-) :-).

To be honest, I would first recommend weight lifting and liquid vitamin K2 from Thorne. I’m not too certain about some of the claims with Qigong and bone density, as I’m not sure it provides sufficient stress to stimulate growth. That said, there are some exercises that claim to do this. My teacher Lee Holden has a downloadable practice on his website. Here’s a link: www.holdenqigong.com/product/qi-gong-for-healthy-bones/

i'm curious does it matter which hand is on top during sealing at the end of the practice and why as i have come across references to this elsewhere. also i might be reading in to this too much but i have never seen an in depth on shaking as i'm curious about the intensity, if this matters, that it can be practiced and in this line i feel that the movement of the knees particularly could be done with poor mechanics and lead to discomfort if done habitually.

My digestion moves too fast. Is it OK to do your digestion Qigong routines? A lot of times you talk about sluggish digestion and I woonder if some of the exercises should be avoided. Thanks very much. Definitely feeling a bit more energy.

I would avoid the stimulating exercises, like knocking on belly, or fire breathing. But the slow flows should be helpful.
