I personally think if it arrives damaged they should send you a new one. You work really hard on getting subscribers and they send you a damaged award it’s not on.

Yes but the award is created by RUclips therefore a random person cant replace it or it wont have the same "value". But i do also believe that any costs involved should come from the courier company.

I am so sorry this happened to you. But, as a 20 year UPS employee. I can tell you that RUclips did not do that. That was done by UPS. More then likely it fell out of the truck when they back up to the unload dock. And then ran over it when they pulled the trailer away after unloading it. Contact RUclips and there should be a report filed by UPS. So you could get a new one. Good luck.

True. But, since it is an award. It is considered a personal item. And because of that, it would have been reported as damaged but allowed to continue to the customer. Just in case there are sentimental reasons

That's the problem with couriers. Parcels get tossed around in the warehouse and end it up getting damaged. This is a management problem.

dmadeygaming the issue is damaged packages should never be delivered in the first place...either the driver was trying to cover his mistake or his company told him to deliver a damaged item....someone ran it over and someone decided to repack it. So someone is at fault
Cross It happens I'm afraid. In this case it could have been damaged before it got to the local depot in Nottingham or damaged there and was just delivered as it was. Shouldn't have been delievered because it was an absolute mess!
