  • Young rhubarb is at it's best now, fantastic in gin, compot or crumble. Serve with custard, cream or ice cream.

    So nice not to have annoying music in the background. Leaves are fine to put back under your plants to return nutrients directly, but can be composted too - just don't eat compost :)
