I made it and came out nice but the Rhubarb came up at the edges over the crumble. Also the next day the crumble became very hard like rock to cut. I noticed you said 180c in the oven, I have a fan forced oven should I drop the temperature to 160c
You may need to use a larger dish so that it doesnt come up through the crumble and only bake it until the rhubarb and the apple soften. The temp will be fine but you may not have to cook it as long
