Hi! Thanks for your comment and question😊 Actually pork belly is a typical ingredient both for Hiroshima and Osaka styles. In the Hiroshima style, the dough and the other ingredients are not mixed like I did in this video but the vegetables and other ingredients are "layered" on a thin dough like crape!
