I’m a retired nurse too. What state do you live in Debbie? I have been tapering Xanax for 2 years.
I have WD symptoms. I know NOTHING about cannabis. I live in GA & we are 20 years behind the times imho. I have no idea of how I could legally use it in GA. I hope you’ll make a cannabis video 101 for those of us who have no experience with it. It’s wonderful to see you happy here. Much love to you!❤

I'm in Oregon. Georgia is still quite behind on cannabis as a healing modality. The medical program is very limited. I have no suggestions on maintaining legal use.
I may consider doing some videos in the future. Thanks for Watchung.

I’m now 44 months post both Benzo WD and a myriad of other RX drugs after 20 years of use. What would you recommend for pain? I don’t want to feel high etc. I have previously tried RSO and of course lots of “Chronic” when I was younger. Perhaps you might know of a particular strain or CBDs for that matter that tend to work well for those suffering with parathesia type pain?

I highly recommend using ACDC (20:1 cbd/thc) coupled with a THC forward strain such as Blueberry Muffin. I.woukd.mix them to start with a 3:1 ratio of cbd:thc, then slowly increase the thc to get to a 1:1 ratio. Thus will take at least a few weeks to 2-3 months to get to target. It isn't like just taking a pain pill. You have to be willing to experiment a bit and to keep track and to understand its different than what you are accustomed to..

I have to travel to another state to get it. And I can't use medical until our state goes legal. For now I have to use recreational. I need to learn how to make cannibis oil. 🙏🏻

@@debbiemayberry3260 Thank you Jesus!!! I will be looking forward to that!! Bless you. I'm still a.prisoner of xanax but down to 1.5 mg. I have flower and vape and gummies to use in between doses. This is so hard. I've been trying for three years just to taper from 3 mg. 🙏🏻💛

@@NorthernWoman4587 keep up the efforts. I know its hard, but the payoff is worth it. I am nearing 6 years since being off benzos completely and off everything for 4.5 years. I am feeling better every day.
