This is genuinely one of the most fun horror games I've ever played on the channel. I'm beyond excited for the next episodes. This game is living in my brain rent free. What an intriging masterpiece. And it's only 1 hour long (FOR NOW).

The game is actually very nonlinear. There were lots of places back around the Gas Station you could explore with crazy stuff happening.
The dev also listed in the description that you're meant to explore, which means gameplays are totally different.
Overall an awesome game, and it bought it yesterday, on sale, for $2.99! It's usually $10. Ha, I feel bad getting it on sale because I want to support the dev more.

40:33 the timestamps in the data also match the hour of the game, that's some high level detail.
I love that in the intro we only see one person, even when turning around it's still only the one person. Then after the jump we see 2 girls falling in the end shot and the first thing we learn in the game is that they're supposedly twins who simply don't realise each others existence. Makes me think there were actually 2 people in the intro but they can't see each other or smth.
Haven't watched further and maybe this gets expanded on literally in like 10 minutes, but thats some interesting thing that stood out to me.
Yayy Adam (the Dev) !! I loved this entire experience. Its been a smart game layout between the pacing and open world. Gorgeous imagery.

I got so lost in the video, I paused to go pee and was so sad to see I was already 45 minutes in. This is absolutely insane for a single developer, and I really hope they get the support they need to continue making games.

Played this tonight and absolutely ADORED it/ had a similar reaction to you playing it.
I noticed that before you encounter the red light approach you that you didn’t get the UFO fly by your head like I did. Maybe where I was standing. Crazy small detail I had to replay my VOD a few times to make sure I didn’t imagine it. So wild!

I love & appreciate the little details this dev thought of like pushing the crates away from the gate and while reading the news article scrolling down to continue reading more. They’re minor but to me they add so much more immersion. The sound effects are awesome as well. Really impressive game so far & hats off to the dev(s.)

The developer for this game could be the art director at just about any AAA developer. The presentation is top notch all around.
This was so rad, I sincerely hope this gets tons of support! It's obvious how much care and thought was put into the design and storytelling. Thanks Insym for turning me onto this game!

It's made by hungarian developers, i'm hungarian and i never heard of it before... wtf? Looks freakin' amazing!
i found the pose the alien at the end held to be interesting! im not sure if it was intentional, but they are posed like the hanged man from the rider waite tarot illustrations. the hanged man is symbolic of a martyr, the acceptance of ones self-sacrifice and willingly chooses to be a martyr. again, im not too sure if the creators meant for this interpretation as a lot of the rider waite illustrations (primarily the major arcana) are prevalent in pop culture and are not recognized as the source of the pose. what makes me further unsure about whether it was intentional or not, but the pose of the alien is specifically the hanged man reversed, which is the hesitation to self-sacrifice and dissatisfaction with what ones sacrifice produced. again, not sure and im probably stretching this a little bit, but i just thought it nice to share a small 'OoOHH!!!" moment i had during the finale :D
The controller and inventory interface is so clean. It’s amazing how much detail and how smooth it is.

I can tell you exactly why they use magenta for the alien lights. It is an extra-spectral color, which means it only exists as a combination of visible colors but is itself not present on the visible light spectrum. Whenever we see those magenta lights, it could be representing some kind of incomprehensible form of energy that our brain defaults to magenta.

This is a masterpiece. The sounds are unreal and the art/atmosphere is really something special. Instead of waiting for this guy to play more, you guys should all just buy it and add a donation on top. The best game I've played in a long time, no doubt.

Insym said, "In our lifetime we've seen video games go from polygon models to this." If you're old enough then you would have seen it go from Atari "Pong" to this. That is where you can really be impressed.
My first system was NES, but my friend still had an Intellivision so I did get to see that.
I remember thinking Heavy Rain was photo realistic, but now I look back and it's kind of funny how much it isn't.

Been playing this beautiful game, and you all should get it. It's amazing, and on sale, if you miss the sale, it's ONLY $10!!! This dev is a damn prodigy! From the level design to the UI to the small puzzles, the combat, the feeling of helplessness and being trapped, the mechanics and physics, controls and movements are intuitive and smooth, everything is all so on point, and the story and telling of such is phenomenal. The fact this is Adam's SECOND game (his first is also amazing) is insane, and what he's done is far past most AAA games in many ways, it's a huge breath of fresh air.. One of the best games I've played in a very long time. It's also EXTREMELY well-optimized, I tested it on a 1070ti and was getting smooth 60+fps on the detected settings (Which was all on high or more) didn't have to set it up at all, so budget guys, YES IT CAN! Get this game, this dev needs to be shown some love, we need to see more of this!!

You know, I've never really been a big fan of aliens, and thinking about how I LOVE Doctor Who, I don't think it's that I don't care for the concept of aliens, but I don't care for how people usually portray aliens. I like when they are complex creatures with culture and opinions and personalities like Doctor Who and Farscape and Interstellar.

UE5, real time rendering and AI really jumpstarted the Solo developers with some cool easy solutions. Dropping out such a AAA-like quality game became reachable.

sure theres atmosphere in this one as well but a good horror game can use exact same location but with change in atmosphere is where its impactful the most

[Just one critique: I think it's too densely packed with stuff. When every area has as much stuff in it as every other area, it becomes really visually tedious. It's even a bit immersion-breaking because the real world just isn't like that. Even forests have clearings, you know? Other than that, the game is fucking incredible.]

Small fun fact from the devloper: According to the news, Hungary has very few reports of UFO sightings/encounters, but those reports were all concentrated in the Börzsöny region which is an area not so far from Budapest and a popular destination for hiking.
Also, there are nice easter eggs in the game reflecting to our - let's say "sad" - current political era Hungarians have now. For instance, at 16:50, the ÁRSTOP sign refers to a government decision taken last year to "fight" against the highest inflation in Europe and denotes a price freeze for specific goods. Visually it is a common design of our "democratic" government.
