Insym as far as I know, some events speed up your possession progress, and some choices you can make also make it faster, such as going into the morgue when grandma is outside (as opposed to ignoring her) or being caught by Rebecca's dead mom when she chases her from the apartment scene.
What do you think the family of the body possessed by the demon is going to say when they find out that you cremated their loved one without their consent? Can you imagine the insane ramblings of the tech trying to explain that it was possessed by a demon to them? 😂
The real horror is the legal nightmare that would immediately follow that conversation 😂

I myself have played Mortuary Assistant and watched Insym play it million times but this game never gets old. Never know what's gonna happen and it will always keep you on edge.

Husband and I love your channel. We started out watching your Phasmo vids. Now we really enjoy the variety of your spooky vids. But our absolute favorites now are the Mortuary Assistant.
The bell makes a lot of sense to me. I mean they are most likely in the back with a body. Rather than have a visitor come looking for them and see a dead body they have a bell so they can tell them "Wait there a moment I'll be right with you."

As someone in the medical field, I love chubbyemu’s videos. He’s in the medical field as well so his videos were made for others in the medical field before his videos got super popular. It also brings medical knowledge to the general public in a way they can understand.

i get the weird binge watching videos. i been going down a rabbit hole of mountain biking even tho im disabled and havent been able to do that in a very long time XD
The way this works (confirmed by the dev) is that the haunting system is tied closely to the body count you're on.
There IS a timer, but it's slowing down (and hurries up) according to your "speed running" the bodies. I think you have about 30 or 40 minutes for the whole round.
Say, you're on body one, and you've been on it for 3 minutes. The clock is ticking normally at this point.
Suppose you finished the body and started the 2nd, and only 5 minutes have passed so far.
Since you're "supposed" to be on the 10th minute, but you're on 5th, the timer hurries up, counting like a full minute in just 10 seconds, until it reaches the "checkpoint" of 10 minutes.
Of course, the other way around applies as well: if you're 10 minutes in and only on the first body, the timer will slow down, that it'll take like 2-3 minutes for only 1 minute to pass for it.
I think, like mentioned before, you have 30 minutes total (10 per body), and another 10 minutes of "extra time" for haunts and inspection after you're done with all of the three.
The next part is my speculation about why sometimes the timer seems to end too soon:
Say you speed run the game VERY fast, like finishing 3 bodies in 10 minutes.
the timer speeds up to catch up to you, but it goes SO FAST, that by the time it reaches the checkpoint and tries to slow down, the few seconds that pass before it registers the slowdown make it go like 5-8 minutes, eating up all of your time.
Think of it like a car going 500 MPH trying to suddenly stop. It'll cover a lot of distance before coming to a stop, or at least reach normal MPH.
you do NOT have to do the ashes, and you don't have to embalm all 3 bodies. Those are optional.
Idk why I keep watching these bc I’m not able to sleep at night much anymore bc my house is so creepy at night even more now 😂😂 but youre my favorite streamer who plays it ! Its an obsession i even watch while I’ve got down time at work 😂 my elderly clients like it too 😂😂

My brother has naturally straight teeth- the dentist used to gush over his teeth. Apparently eating crunchy foods like fruits and veggies in childhood can result in straight teeth because it strengthens kids jaws. An apple a day keeps the orthodontist away.
I had braces twice as a kid and now I’m using aligners, but I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and dental crowding is a symptom, I guess. I also didn’t wear my retainer after braces, though, so the little crooked tooth I’m fixing now is kinda my fault.
Brushing after eating/drinking anything acidic can remove enamel because it’s temporarily softened after being exposed to acids, but sugar feeds bacteria that pretty much poop acid all over your teeth, so I guess waiting a bit to brush might be a good idea regardless. Rinsing after a meal might be a good idea, though. I guess that’s part of why drinking lots if water is good for your teeth 🤷🏼♀️

insym, this is why I watch Ghost Files from the channel Watcher. One of them is a skeptic and thinks none of it means anything and sometimes nothing really even happens when they visit a location, so I know when they do get evidence it's real lol

I don’t know if it’s true, but I remember that one of your previous videos that you embalmed all 3 bodies like as fast as you could and you died still 😂 I think it is like that so you could explore all the lore and the place without worrying too much about time
