I have pressure in my head, but not always any pain. I feel it in both of my ears, and it throws my balance off. I have had BPPV recently, and I am currently in Vestibular Rehab. It seems to get worse when the barometric pressure drops...anyone else?

It sounds like you're experiencing some troubling symptoms, particularly with your recent history of BPPV; I'd recommend continuing with Vestibular Rehab and consulting your healthcare provider about the worsening symptoms, especially in relation to barometric pressure changes.

    Tension headaches ..

i am diagnosed with severe anxiety and ever since my dog died, my health anxiety has come back like crazy. and eventually i started getting these pressure headaches around my whole head every single day since october 2023. i’ve been to my doctor multiple times and she says it’s likely due to anxiety or low blood pressure when i stand up. when i stand up my head hurts even more and i can feel my heart pounding inside of it. they have felt my temples and traps and say it’s very tense. her and my paediatrician tell me i have no symptoms of a tumour but im afraid they’re misdiagnosing me. i take 40mg of amitriptyline every day which seems to help a tiny bit. i had an MRI in 2021 which came back perfectly clear with mild mucus in my sinuses. so, i thought maybe it’s my sinuses? but i’ve used sprays and still no help :( i don’t want to die.. im afraid this will be my life forever.

Does it get better when you lay down flat? I advise you to contact cleveland clinic or mayo clinic to be seen by their specialist. I'm going through something similar. I have severe pressure in my head from the time I get up to the time I lay down. My symptoms decrease once I lay down. I have visual disturbances, my ears feel full, ringing in the ears, increase heart rate with positional changes. I had to be placed on a beta blocker to reduce heart rate. I've been going through this for over a year and nobody has told me what's wrong. Instead, they want to prescribe migraine meds that cause more problems. I hope we both can be cured of this. Good luck.

@MichaelGallan-o6o A burning sensation and pressure on the left side could have various causes, such as muscle strain, nerve issues, or even digestive problems. If it’s persistent, it’s best to consult a doctor to rule out any serious conditions, especially if accompanied by other symptoms. Don’t ignore it; getting a professional opinion is always a good idea!
