    Working out
    Playing guitar
    Deleting social media
    Stay away from anything negative energy weather it's people ,things on internet...
    Learning knew things about the universe.
    Spending time with my family
    Spending less time on the phone

    These 5 tips have gone into me like anything. I am better conscious now especially with respect to the impact of 5 elements of earth, food and inner engineering. I would urge everyone to get involved in the Yogic practice and then see the results. Take it as a challenge or assignment.

    Sadhguru, I, finished Inner Engineering and I love the practice and everything about Isha and your sayings. So I decided to try for a week the vegetarian diet, and focused on NOT cooking anything, just feel the liveliness of each bite. It worked out well.
    But I was still feeling lethargic, especially after lunch i was always sleepy. I know that my body needs to rest but not sleep, but my eyes were so heavy that I napped for 20 mins per day.
    I just want to see if I can surpass the napping or is it okay to nap for 20 mins

    This video was very necessary for me as a teenager. In this age, parents and family members are your biggest enemies, you think that you are mentally ill because of them, but this video taught me that this is just a myth.     My Intrusive thoughts have started killing me. Some days they take over my brain such that my nerves will explode
    I started listening to all such videos by Sadhguru.
    All I pray for is peace, move on, reduce my OCD . Please suggest and pray. I started chanting too.
