These muscles are very tense for me, and this massage helps. I have been getting quite a stiff neck recently , and a noticeable click and clunk whenever I move my neck in certain positions . I dont suffer from a constant headache in the top of my head, but I suffer from short pains that come and go randomly around different parts of my head, sometimes the top, top right, right back, top middle, top left etc ... The pain is usually quite dull and similar to a burning sensation from within the scalp. The pain is always in a precise spot , and depending on how tight my neck muscles is depending on the frequency and length and strength of the pain. It seems to worsen in High EMF environments, but I was wandering if you had a name of what might be happening to me as I get really worried that it may be something serious . The doctors dont really know what the problem is as my doctor surgery is pretty useless
I suddenly started getting a weird tight muscle spasm feeling on top of my head. Just following this video one time, I'm getting relief. The pain also goes forward from top of head to sinus on same side of head, and my sinuses are very congested there, I bet this will help that too.

There is no headache but a continuous pulsation in the pineal gland area, not unpleasant. The pulsation disappears during bathing, scratching and messaging.
What if I have no tender areas or pain from these muscles you describe when I massage them? Are there other causes chronic tension headache? I have some parathesia on the face as well

Here in the U.S. they throw one Rx after another on you and any whole body treatment is considered as a foreign body. I did the front neck segment yesterday and felt good relief and the back neck segment today and the right side of my upper ring of the skull pain is so much better. I can not thank you enough.

It really depends. If you got some relief, it´s a sign that there is probably some kind of connection. So, listen to your body and go on with the self massage (if there are no red flags => please check with your doc). If the pain is of muscular initiation and triggered by muscles, respectively, then you need to know what causes your muscles to become "dysfunctional". Because if the triggering and perpetuating factors persist, so will the pain - at least the chances are high that this will be the case.
