The fact that it's all over the place makes it so much of a better experience in my opinion. On guitar, And just listening for fun. It's unpredictable, yet attention grasping. It gives of such a satanic vibe. Though it is diffrent from what we are used as a7x fans, it still manages to grow on us❤️

I wasn't a fan of this song either until I saw them perform it live in Las Vegas last Friday. All 3 new songs they performed were much better live. It was a great small show.

A7X is one of my top 3 bands (considering I'm a guitarist it's not hard to imagine why lol) and without the video I'm still in the middle on this one. Video made it seem like the "more, more, more" part is a dig at capitalism/consumerism and corporations that "love you" which at least is one thing the whole track has in common, and was pretty cool thematically. I heard reviews from people who went to the album pre-release in Vegas and it sounds like this record is gonna be all over the place. I'm sure the Rev would've loved it!

I do feel like it was all over the place though I think the intro and outro didn't really need to be there like the "more" part was fine to serve as a chorus I think and I feel that the thrash part was good for a bridge however I don't like it going from the solo back to "more" I think if it went maybe Intro->more->verse->more->thrashy part->outro it would have been way better but then again based off the stage and interviews I've seen about this album they are definitely going for a more prog sound so I guess I understand why they chose to make the song weirder and more all over the place. But I think if they reworked the song into a more traditional song structure it would still be progy but overall better but ultimately that's just my opinion and who am I to tell them how to make their music, if they want it to sound like that and that's what they were going for good for them they definitely pulled it off I wouldn't personally write it that way but I guess that's the point of artistic expression.

While the guitar work other than the solo is lacking for what I've come to expect from Syn, big improvement from Nobody at east. But yeah all the experimental stuff was really cool to me in this song except that God damn MORE MORE MORE MORE. Only other criticism is that it maybe was too much change in one song but at the same time it doesn't bother me too much especially cause I accept that from BTBAM and DT. Definitely not saying it is as good as them tho. I'd say a solid like 6/10. More more more really dropped the score

The band clearly didn't have any consideration for such people when writing the album, and that's a very good thing.
