It's illegal to paywall tabs of songs that you didn't arrange. Just fyi. You can only paywall tabs of original compositions or arrangements. Essentially you can't sell what you don't own. A lot of people do it still because it's hard to enforce.

What does the () mean?
It’s tied note, mean just hold until then but you don’t need to pick or play that note again
