I found your videos about a year ago. I've used them ever since. I live in Michigan, so I walk every day during the summer. Winter is a little tricky. You inspire me to workout. Love the music and your energy. I'm 65 and a diabetic so exercising keeps it under control. And workouts are very joint friendly too!

That was a great workout! Thank you so much for all these wonderful way you help others. I've been working out for four decades and have gone the range from beast to baby bunny(currently). All that beast mode and my previous job took a toll on my joints so I can only be a baby bunny now or risk not being able to do anything. BUT I can be a strong baby bunny and am so grateful for your workouts. I couldn't keep up with you in this one, but I did the whole thing. All those exercises you mentioned, "burpees, mountain climbers, etc" are no longer in my skillset due to my joint issues with shoulders, knees, back, ankles. Thank you again. It feels really good to sweat it out and not cry later because I can't walk from the pain.
