What I eat in a day | Vegan lasagne & Berry bowls

See below for written ingredients and remember to use all tools with care especially if you are underage.
Berry bowl
1/4 cup of Almond milk, 15 raspberries, 1 banana, 2-3 table spoons of honey, pomegranate, strawberries and granola * Use to your liking.
Pitta
2 pitta breads, 2 table spoons of hummus, 1 avocado, 1/4 cucumber, 1 tomato. * Use to your liking.
Lasagne
sauce --
Oil or Vegan Butter, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 courgette, 1 red pepper, 10-15 small mushrooms, 4 carrots.
seasonings used --
Thyme, salt, crushed chilli flakes, Aromat, stock cubes, black Pepper.
"Vegan cheese" sauce
1/2 cup of Almond milk, 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1 and 1/2 of garlic powder and 1 table spoon of vegan butter.

Omg I didn't know aromat is in the uk! it's a south African brand..i think. The food looks delicious btw, definitely going to try out the lasagna it looks soo good and the colours made it look like chakalaka
