How do you plug BOTH the phone jack AND the handset into the charger base? I only see ONE jack back there.
You plug the handset into the bottom front of the charging base, and you connect your plantronics phone cord into the bottom back of the charging base.
I followed your steps to connect/pair headset and still not working, am I missing something?
Can you check to see if the charging base and earpiece are the same model? On the bottom of your charging base should say CS55. If you open up the battery door cover on the earpiece and slide out the battery it should also say CS55. If it says CS50 for example, the headset and base will not pair together.

Following the instructions and it’s not working. Checks to make sure they are both CS55 and they are. Not sure what green light you are talking about I was trying to spot it on video but couldn’t
