    rec'd a used headset for my CS55.......will it work with my last CS55 base? Wasn't sure if the base & headset are specific. Thanks for any help.

    This did not fix my issue. My CS55 shows no lights when plugged in. I tried to reset as you indicated, still no lights. If it was hit by a power surge (after a bad storm and power off / on / off / on) could this cause the problem. Would it be just the power supply or the whole thing that would go bad.

    I attempted the reset as the video played and he headpiece will not pair properly. Please assist as i need this to work for my job.

    I tried the reset....I can hear the patients but they can't hear me. Is the mute on?

      Hi Kimberly, the setup either needs to be adjusted or the compatibility dial on the left side of the charging base may be off. On the left side of the base is a dial 1-4 with a spot it looks like you can take a quarter and turn it. Try lining that up with 1 and see if any different result.

    I was not able to hear the dial tone. I did a reset and I still do not hear anything.

    Still no lights coming on
