I have the JLAB SPORTS.
Accidentally threw one in the wash, bought a new set, then did it again. I kept the first one that worked still though and the case.
Reset like you said, checked for the pairing, and after two tries, THEY PAIRED!

I’ve had these earbuds for 6 months or so. No problems. They’d sometimes unpair but always figured it out themselves. Now I can’t get the to pair to each other, did this 10 times

So i just bought a new pair and they just unpaired after a few months. Never had that happen. Appreciate the help was worried I was about to buy a 4th pair. Great buds for the price though!!

For some reason after 7/8 months use only one was working, left or right without the other, was driving me CRAZY but guess what, this fixed it!!!! LEGEND!!!

Thanks a bunch my my JLab go air pop earbuds werent synced for some reason and only iether the left one or the right one would connect. This helped me pair them both back to normal. Thanks again 👌. Also a tip for others if you got the JLab earbuds they don't have as strong magnets so it also helps if you use some leverage to make sure that it doesn't disconnect from the metal prongs inside the charging case while your trying to reset them as that will cancel it. Got these as some spare earbuds but they ended up becoming my main ones honestly not bad for 20$

I did this only twice, once I messed up but the second time worked. It actually works. I even have one of the contact nodes on the right side of the charging case missing.

I had one Jlab Go Air not working for the last 2wks. It was Proper annoying only having one ear bud working. I just followed these instructions and they're both now playing perfectly. Yessss.
I've got Go Air Sport, suddenly the Right Ear bud is not connecting to the device. I've tried all these steps on the internet and manual with no success. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm tapping on these things seven times and watching for flashing lights like its some alien technology and it's still not working. At this point it's just made things worse. They wont even show up in blutooth to be paired now.

@one beast you might have a problem with the charging case then. If you have a warranty thing on them then that's your best bet

I did this over n over for hours but when i put them back in the case the second time to see if they pair together but they dont. I get pass the blinking blue lights take them out wait for blue light to go out put then back in wait till the green light turns blue thats all it does then take them both out and they both go white flashing slow then rapid white blue on both of them.

I finally got this to work by holding the earbuds together so they were touching during the pairing process. I remember now that the right-left connection was getting worse before it depaired

Well done thanks, for some reason my earbuds disconnected from each other so had to re-pair them.
Also, if you ever wanna take the earbuds apart u can easily take a nail, put it in the light port and gently pry up. Comes apart, no damage.

I have the go air sport and here’s what worked for me: start with them in case, tap both 7 times, take them out at as close to the same time as u can. They should be paired. Took me 40 mins to figure out cause my manual says tap 4 instead of 7 times

I've used this method and video in the past and it has worked but now both ear buds just keep flashing white and neither of them will flash blue.
