The solution is given at 5:00 -> If one side doesn't respond, hold your finger on top of it for about 10 seconds. (It worked for me.) Also for most other bugs I encounter with this headset, I put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it.
By far the best video to help problem solve… I’ve watched 4 before I got to this one and none of them worked but this one worked for me. I was about to throw mine off my apartment balcony
I stand corrected, they didn’t work so I did indeed throw them off my apartment balcony and got the Beat pros which are A++ like them a lot and are cheaper than AirPods
I was honestly really happy until I saw this comment lolol I died laughing! sometimes you just have to throw them off your balcony. Hopefully, you have different ones!
The trick of putting them both in the case and holding down their buttons worked for me! It took about 25 seconds, and something to note is I noticed that before the earbuds joined, they started beeping in seemingly random patterns. I thought it was over for my earbuds and I was ready to retire them since they're old anyways, but they live on! Thank you!
I had the jbud anc and my controls on both sides worked. I had to connect to two bluetooths and the side that would play depends on the order they are paired to the phone. But the best solution I found was take them out side slam them as hard as I could and find the pieces again so I could completely demolish them to bits. Probably wasn’t smart but I’ve dealt with it for month watching all the vids to have nothing change
i threw mine at the wall, didn't fix them from brand new they have cut in and out of sound on one side or the other depending on how i hold my head last night they went in the bin
I've switched to sony xm4 , no issue so far , you got what you paid for.. will never ever get this jlab again, paring is a fundamental function, can't believe jlab mess this up.
Yeah, I was reading some recent stuff and their quality control seems to be pretty bad recently. best thing you can do is smash them into a wall lol I hope you find better ones that work for you.
oh no sorry to hear :( , usually it works in most cases. Sometimes letting the battery die and then recharging it works, but its hit or miss. It could just be a hardware issue.
@@DTechHQwhat happens if it doesn’t charge like it’s supposed to mine are different compared to yours mine are JLab “Go air pop” is what it says as the model name
Hi, I've tried everything with mine. They keep on cutting back and forth to one another. Especially when on phonecalls too. I sound a bit like Normon Collier. I've only had them since May and they were a replacent set because the left one packed up completely. I think I need to change brand now.
Same for me, just bought a few hours ago. Except my right one doesn't respond at all. It charges but doesn't turn on or pair to anything. Just blinks blue while charging
Damn man I'm at work and I dropped the right one on the ground. The sounds completely cut off from the right one the tapping or holding feature still works but no sound I was wondering if you may have some suggestions I've reset them around 4 times since that's the only fix to one earbud not working.
I have a brand new pair of Go Air Sports (not anc) and the right ear bud has never worked. I know it charges in the case and I've tried resetting them multiple times to no avail. Supposedly only the right one is supposed to work by itself but for some reason it's the left? There is no light indication that is connected out of the case and I'm at a loss. Any advice?
Honestly, I've been seeing these a lot lately. If possible the best thing to do would be to return and exchange them. seems like some quality control issues with the left side earbud.
I watched another video and she did surgery on them I said nope I’m just buying another pair watched yours last minute and they are FIXED!!!!! Thank you so much 😊
You are welcome! Yeah I don't want anyone to go through that whole processed its messy, and just buying the tools would cost more than these buds lol! so non surgery fixes it is!
Thank you!! Right bud just disconnected from left and stopped working. No lights, but when put into charger would charge. Followed your instructions to "forget" device in Bluetooth, charge pod (with buds inside) for 10 minutes, then take buds out and press and hold disconnected bud (right). BOOM!! Lights again, opened Bluetooth and selected JLabs... really helpful. Thank you.
Thanks so much for sharing. I have a pair of JBud Air Pops. They're about 3 months old and for whatever reason, the right one seems to have stopped working. I've tried all of the tricks in the book and nothing seems to work. Not sure if it's a case where it just might be defective.
I have a question please my jlab earpods have 2 connections not one but two so i have to connect both of them with diffent connects when i connct one the ohr dont work when i connect the othwr one the othr dont work please help me i dont know what to do
I keep getting a message that says the 'right earbud' is 'low battery'. The set is brand new and I have never used it once. How do you tell when both are fully charged???
You should get a message telling you the batteries overall status, but if it keeps dying you are probably having a hardware fault with the battery or connector.
This worked ! Kept something playing, held the right button down (right side was no sound) just over 10 seconds, it started working, the left dropped out, held LHS button down, message “pairing “ or something, both working now, awesome!
I have never heard of that, the only think you could do is try to forget them, or get them under one device name if possible. Then try this solution a user came up with "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it." let me know what happens and sorry for the late response.
I have the go air pop and when I connect it it only works with one of the ear pods and when I look in setting it shows the 2 ear pods as 2 separate devices. Can u please help me to fix this
Hey im not too familiar with the air pops, but they seem to be really buggy from what I am reading. Try this and let me know if it works! "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Why does it disconnect when i put the right earbud in the case but not when i put the left one in. Let's say i only want to use the left on it doesn't work but only right side does.
some some of the buds jlab makes don't work independently, so it does need the left but to transmit data to the right ear bud. So that means when the left bud is unavailable or missing your right bud will stop working.
my left side doesnt work at all, it was fine this morning, the left earvud charges for five seconds then stops, it also does not have the blue light come on in the case, the case is fine but the earbud is not, wont turn on, in those five seconds of charging the touch works, any advice
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
i know this videos old, but i have jlab Go airs, and my left side recently went out. the right connects no problem glowing white, but the left flashes blue and white crazy. what’s happening?
No problem! I still get messages about it lol. So there are two scenarios it's either a hardware issue or the earphones need to be synced again. If it's just an earphone issue, then -Unpair them from every device you have close by -Put the earphones in the case -Then hold both buttons/touch-sensitive areas on the left and right earbud down for 10 seconds and it should work after you pair it again. If you can try deleting the battery before you try this! that is all I can offer for now sorry :(
Hi, my right earbud is not connecting with the left earbud. It did before...... but it hasn't worked at all. It blinks blue on the right and it does say pairing but it does not pair at all.
Sorry you are going through that, and for my really late response but if you are still having issues. Try this "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Would this work if neither are working? I have the skullcandy jib true earbuds and for awhile the right one didn’t have sound but now the left one doesn’t either 😭
My earbuds sound keep going from left to right over and over again, and I dont know why, nor do I know how to fix that. do you know why and how to fix it?
What if my left one works my right one doesn't and it's not charging I don't think when I put it in the case it's not lighting up like the the left one does.
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
They have been cheaping out try this and let me know if it works " "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
For some reason, whatever I do, I cannot get these fricking buds to work at the same time. What's worse is that I only just bought them, yet I've tried many things and still can't get it to work (even after following by this video step-by-step). It's even more frustrating that I have to experience such dread when these are the first buds I've EVER purchased. Overall, I'm rather clueless, and none of the procedures I follow seem to work!
I feel that, for you it might just be a quality assurance thing from jlab. Only other thing you could try is putting them in the case and holding both the buttons down. but before that make sure the battery is drained! let me know if anything changes.
Do you know what might cause it so that one earbud is EXTREMELY lower than the other? Like can barely hear it at all? Still can hear, so its definitely connected.
sounds like it has issues syncing to the other bud or receiving information, might need to contact Jlab or try doing this "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Okay it partially worked for me. I can't seem to get them to sync together they both show up on my bluetooth individually they didn't used to. I've only had them a month. I got the sound to work but now I just can't get them to sync together. They show up as 2 different devices.
I am not sure if there is a complete fix for that, I will post if I find something. But you can try this method for now: 1.) Keep earbuds in charging case and forget Jlab from bluetooth device settings. 2.)Quick tap one earbud in the charging case 7x. ... 3.)Quick tap the other earbud in the charging case 7x. ... 4.)Take the earbuds out of the case. ... 5.)Now you are ready to connect to your Bluetooth device.
@@DTechHQ And remember to check EACH bud (after the 7 quick taps) that they respond with '4 blue flashes/blinks'. And then after you have taken both buds out of the case ... ONE should show a 'solid white' light, and SECOND should be blinking with a 'blue/white' light. This is what indicates that they are both ready to pair via your devices bluetooth!!
try discharging them for a little until they are dead then use them again or try doing this "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
My ear buds just keeps blinking when i out both in my left earbud work my right earbud don’t work and it just keep flashing white and I think the right one dead but it won’t charge

so im using the jlabs air anc earbuds and they're usually only connected to my pc and phone, with no problems but last night i connected them to my tablet to chill before bed and when i tried connecting them, only the right one's been working i've reset them and holding the left touch sensor hasn't been working any suggestions? haha
Wow there is one thing ive been trying! But not sure if it will work. Unpair them from everything you have, and then out them in the charging case. Close it wait like 5 seconds open it up and put your finger on the left buds sensors for 30 seconds and try again. Let me know if this works lolol!
What if the left side of buds is not connected in the right how you connect each other, because the leftside of my buds is not working but the right is good, i think the leftside of my buds is disable, how to fix that problem?
I've seen other people put both the buds in the charging case and holding both buttons down for 30 seconds to get them to sync up. Try that and let me know
I have jlab earbuds and my left earbud stopped working a 2 days ago. The earbud does connect and does charge but I can't hear any audio at all. It went back on earlier today but the audio stopped again. My right earbud works just fine but I think my left one is dead. I can even press the button on the side of the left earbud and it registers on my phone, adjusting volume.
Sounds like a hardware issue with the left earbud, That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
I tried everything and nothing works. Also tried holding it for 30 seconds. Both worked fine until now, I dont know what happened. Is there still any chance saving it or will it somehow start to work or will I have to buy new ones?
I heard there a lot of defective units out there. The only other thing you can try, is just discharging the earbuds until they are dead. or you can put them back in the case wait for like 20 seconds, take them out and hold down the left earbud button for 30 seconds. I heard that works sometimes let me know!
I'm using jlab Jbuds air it was very well while listening music and movies but left bud doesn't work when I am interested calling is there any solution for that
I commented on a video for j labs and couldn’t find it, I was having a disconnection issue… first the right ear would connect then disconnect and the left one would connect.. so watching a different video I saw the issue was the earbuds weren’t pairing with each other.. so one would cut off, I had to mess around with them a few minutes and even got frustrated thinking I have to buy new ones.. because they are touch sensitive you really do have to mess with them.. for mine I tapped one earbud (right ) 4 times and got the blue blinking light.. then I did the same with the (left) they were in the charging case for this… I then pulled them out to see if they would connect to my iPads Bluetooth…tried a few times.. then realized you have to forget the device from whatever you have it connected to… start fresh.. I repeated the process and to my surprise it worked, it connected and I haven’t lost connection.. so the issue may be that most only use one earbud idk (maybe just me) and because of that the buds disconnected from each other thus preventing the other from functioning.. I’d even get a message on my screen saying my earbuds can no longer connect to my ipad.. but yes! Try this, again, while in case tap the right bud 4 times then tap the left on the touch sensitive area which should be the big shiny logo on your earphones… once they start flashing blue pull them out of the case and tap forget device on whatever you’re trying to connect them to… the earphones should start searching and you can reconnect them to your device and should be working… I had to try a few times but it worked.. I tried this last night and put them away after. This morning I tested it and they connected automatically with no issues.. so saved myself from having to buy a new set.
I am glad that worked for you!! are they still working fine now? maybe something having them in the case helped them talk to each other or I could be wrong lol
@@DTechHQ still working as usual, I only began having the disconnection non functioning earbud issue a few days ago… as I mentioned it would give me a font on my ipad screen that read earbuds could no longer connect to my ipad… don’t see it anymore and haven’t had any issues.. been what like 2 days already since a was able to fix the issue.. before it even stopped saying “Bluetooth connected battery full” now I hear it and I’m just glad I was able to figure it out before spending money on new ones
Hey! Great video! Your solution didn’t work for me but I’ll keep trying. I believe it’s an issue with the wire or maybe some water got into my right earbud. 🤦🏿♂️
THANK YOU! Yeah looks like thats been a common issue, maybe something in quality control as well. the battery or the connection supplying power to the bud isn't properly put in. Did you find the solution?
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
HELLO SIR. so when I try to connect my earbuds to my phone. Each earbud come up as there own Bluetooth connection. I can control things like skip songs and such, but I can’t hear the audio out of one ear bud. I was wondering if you have a solution for this problem
I need help bro, mine won’t disconnect when I put them back in the case while one of the buds lights will blink blue while the other doesn’t blink but stays white, the box’s lights won’t show the percentage when I put them in and I’m really panicking about it
sorry to hear and sorry for the late response try this and let me know if it works! "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
that sounds completely defective! honestly jlab should give you a replacement set. but if you are willing you can try this not sure it will help much ""Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
It not working I been trying I just purchased this earbuds and I been trying to sync the right one as the right side isn't working and it hasn't been working. I was like 10 other videos and even went on the website. its still not working
Well for me they both work but not at the same time like I have to jlab earbuds to connect to but they won’t work at the same time even if I connect to both at the same time tried all the steps what do I do
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
Not 100% sure, but you can try putting the headphones in your charging case. (Make sure its not paired to anything) Then press the right bud 7 times, wait 1 second then tap the left bud 7 times. It should reset itself. Hope that kinda helps!
Both my right and left earbud is fully loaded, but they split up so they dont paur with each other. They show as two seperste bluetooth-devices. There is nothing about this problem in the manual (nomadelic active 650). Does anyone know?
Hey, i tried the troubleshooting that the case gave me and I tried everything given in this video, but when I tried everything was just different for my set of headphones. When I tried to hold down the button all that did was turn them both off. If you have any information that can help please send it otherwise thanks for trying.
I'll definitely let you know if I find anything. This might actually a bigger problem that I think resetting the device won't fix. Thanks for watching!
Have been using the left earbud for months after I lost the right one until a week ago. My Samsung s8 isn't picking it up. Please have you got any tip for me? Thank you.
@@DTechHQ thank you...I have tried holding down the power button for a few seconds until the blue light comes on. Then I shut the case, open it, bring it out and press the button again until the blue light blinks. Then I check to see if my phone picks the signal...
@@DTechHQ it is not. I disconnected all other devices. My phone is a Samsung S8 and I'm troubleshooting on that as well. I'll force stop bluetooth and clear cache. I'll do that and restart. I believe it'll work. Thank you so much, you're far too kind. 👏
Anytime, i ran into some weird stuff myself so this might help me too lol did you forget it from your bluetooth list? Not disconnect but just completely remove it?

I brought the JLab air arc earbuds for my son for Christmas. I can only get one earbud to connect to Bluetooth. It also comes up twice in the Bluetooth list. I click on one to connect and it's only one earbud. I click the other one in the Bluetooth list and it disconnected the working earbud and connected the other earbud, it is still just one earbud connected. I have tried the forget from the Bluetooth list and tried disconnected. I have trired reset to pariring mode, but the same problem only one earbud connects.
sounds like a hardware issues the only other suggestion I can give you is to put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
I may need more specific info cause when I got my earbuds they worked perfectly fine, but this morning when I tried listening to both ear bud the left one won’t sync with the right
Hey! there are two things you can try the first one is to '' put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it.'' If that doesn't work let them discharge until the battery is empty put them back in the case and hopefully that should help!
what if I only have one earbud and they were never paired to the device? I lost my right bud and now my droid will not find it when I search for it. Hopefully you can help
what bud do you have? most buds usually have one bud that relays information to the the phone and back to the bud. In this case the right earbud might be that bud, and without it the left earbud can't function because there is no information being communicated.
Mine won't flash blue/white "ready to pair" until I take them out of the case. Then each one connects to my phone separately, with the sound from the first earbud ending when the 2nd takes over. Help 😢
Mine still don't work and I don't get it what's wrong... It played an interesting sound like it shut down but they where in the right spot of the case and charged for 3 hours... Help meeee
Sorry for the late reply lol, umm sounds like you are having hardware issues try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
Idk whats wrong with mine maybe the right side was completely dead because i cant get it to pair with the left or connect on its own either.. I tried to reset them and forget them. I have the go air sport ones and i had a previous pair of the same and didn't have any problems other than my dog ate one side lol. So now im stuck with the same issue right side doesnt work. I have reached out to jlab maybe they will send another one out to me. Maybe
Lol my friends dog ate my first pair too. I think some are just broken out of the box, its really common problem now. If they sent you another one let me know!

Worker for me, the left side wouldn’t connect or charge or anything so I’d assumed there was a connection issue. Reconnecting didn’t do anything but holding down for about 25 seconds did the trick

Mine keep pairing as 2 separate devices and alternate between pairing to my phone. I've tried everything and they don't sync together. I just bought them yesterday. I'm taking them back today. I've never experienced Bluetooth headphones pairing separately until I bought these. They are poorly designed.
My left Jlab earbud is connected (meaning that if I do something like touch and hold it would go to the last song) but no sound is coming through. Nothing happened that could've broken it or anything. I followed everything in the video and nothing seems to work. Can someone help?

Best way to fix this: put them back in the case, grab your receipt, take them back to where you bought them and get a refund. These earbuds are garbage 😒
My right earbud wont charge, pressing and holding dosent seem to do anything and when i go to charge it it'll blink for a brief moment but then just go dark again
My issue is no matter now many times I tap the buds 7 times to attempt to synch one another, they will not synch together as well as Bluetooth will only connect to one at a time not both.. ):
These had no channel issues at start but at long last I have them working. Needed a good couple of minutes back on charger..yes they were fully charged. Strange
I feel like I’m living in the twilight zone when I look at the reviews for these headphones. Over 100,000 5 star reviews on 15+ different websites. I finally get them working, it’s the same struggle every day with one of them not playing reconnecting and disconnecting, finally they’re both fully charged, and guess what They sound like sh*t
I feel this 100% I had to play around with it a little and change the equalizer to Jlab signature and change my apple music equaliser as well lol that's what made them decent in the end for what i paid anyways.

I have the same problem with my right earbud...it's just broken.
Same
Same for me, just bought a few hours ago. Except my right one doesn't respond at all. It charges but doesn't turn on or pair to anything. Just blinks blue while charging

This is so good that I just put them in the case then take it out then it started working tysm

Honestly, I've been seeing these a lot lately. If possible the best thing to do would be to return and exchange them. seems like some quality control issues with the left side earbud.
The same thing happened to me and i just got them
Same second pair that did this in a row. Very angry
Does sweat and even accidentally pressing down on the bud with your head cause it to blowout?
From what I am reading its possible that sweat, dropping it in the wrong angle or even some pressing down with your head could cause it to blow out.
Thank you, thank you! Your video was SOOOO helpful! Blessings😊
You are very welcome!
dude this video is SOOO HELPFUL

You are welcome! Yeah I don't want anyone to go through that whole processed its messy, and just buying the tools would cost more than these buds lol! so non surgery fixes it is!
Thank you!! Right bud just disconnected from left and stopped working. No lights, but when put into charger would charge. Followed your instructions to "forget" device in Bluetooth, charge pod (with buds inside) for 10 minutes, then take buds out and press and hold disconnected bud (right). BOOM!! Lights again, opened Bluetooth and selected JLabs... really helpful. Thank you.
HEY! Thanks for watching glad it helped!
Ahhh I hope this works how long did you press down for??

Thanks so much for sharing. I have a pair of JBud Air Pops. They're about 3 months old and for whatever reason, the right one seems to have stopped working. I've tried all of the tricks in the book and nothing seems to work. Not sure if it's a case where it just might be defective.
I have same issue with the sport model
Exact same here with the ANC model and nothing is working
Same I was skating with mine and it fell out of my ear and it just stopped working. I literally got them yesterday lol
Same I bought them new and the right one doesn't work or charge and got them 2 days ago
Me too n this model too
Absolute lifesaver. Thanks man
Sure thing! Anytime!
I have a question please my jlab earpods have 2 connections not one but two so i have to connect both of them with diffent connects when i connct one the ohr dont work when i connect the othwr one the othr dont work please help me i dont know what to do
Try this! "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Literally just threw my ear bud that wasn’t working thru the wall and it works now lmao
lmaoo! you must work at geek squad or something hmmmm
Glad it worked!
Your comment helped me thanks!
Hi, each of my headphones seem to linked to a different device name in my Bluetooth settings. Not sure how this happened? Would you have any advice?
I have never heard of that, the only think you could do is try to forget them, or get them under one device name if possible. Then try this solution a user came up with "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it." let me know what happens and sorry for the late response.
My guy just saved me from buying new ones. Thanks 👍
I don't want people wasting money here >:C lol you are welcome!
Bro thank you so much your literally the best bro thank you
You are welcome! Thanks for watching! 🎊
My left one has been broke since I bought it. It has the blue light on in the case but won’t power on out of it.
That sounds faulty might have to get a new one saddle :(
I have the go air pop and when I connect it it only works with one of the ear pods and when I look in setting it shows the 2 ear pods as 2 separate devices. Can u please help me to fix this
Hey im not too familiar with the air pops, but they seem to be really buggy from what I am reading. Try this and let me know if it works! "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Ive tried your tips but i have two pairs of these buds both different models and both dont work in the right side,
I will have to look into that most of the time it's an issues with the left bud. I'll post something if I find a solution!
Definitely worked, thank you!
You're welcome!
This video was helpful. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
If it's just an earphone issue, then
-Unpair them from every device you have close by
-Put the earphones in the case
-Then hold both buttons/touch-sensitive areas on the left and right earbud down for 10 seconds
and it should work after you pair it again. If you can try deleting the battery before you try this! that is all I can offer for now sorry :(
GOD TY THE LAST PART WORKED FOR ME I FR THOUGHT IT STOPPED
YOU ARE WELCOME!!!
:( oh no I honestly don't know much about how Skullcandy ones work, but if both of the aren't working it would be best to return them.
My earbuds sound keep going from left to right over and over again, and I dont know why, nor do I know how to fix that. do you know why and how to fix it?
Spot on advice.
Thank you very much!!
Ive gotten 2 sets of jlab go airs today and for some reason neither right bud will connect.
The same thing is happening to me did you find a way to fix it
I am not sure if there is a complete fix for that, I will post if I find something. But you can try this method for now:
1.) Keep earbuds in charging case and forget Jlab from bluetooth device settings.
2.)Quick tap one earbud in the charging case 7x. ...
3.)Quick tap the other earbud in the charging case 7x. ...
4.)Take the earbuds out of the case. ...
5.)Now you are ready to connect to your Bluetooth device.
@@DTechHQ
And remember to check EACH bud (after the 7 quick taps) that they respond with '4 blue flashes/blinks'.
And then after you have taken both buds out of the case ... ONE should show a 'solid white' light, and SECOND should be blinking with a 'blue/white' light.
This is what indicates that they are both ready to pair via your devices bluetooth!!
Can you help me, mine works but the left one has its own bluetooth and the right one has its own bluetooth so i cant hear from both at the same time
try discharging them for a little until they are dead then use them again or try doing this "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
Thanks a lot! Much appreciated!
No worries! Glad it helped!
My ear buds just keeps blinking when i out both in my left earbud work my right earbud don’t work and it just keep flashing white and I think the right one dead but it won’t charge
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
my left one doesn't work i aint getting any lights on it any ideas i could try
That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
What if the light on one of them blinks white and blue and the other is connected????
sounds like they aren't synced! try this put both earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
so im using the jlabs air anc earbuds
and they're usually only connected to my pc and phone, with no problems
but last night i connected them to my tablet to chill before bed
and when i tried connecting them, only the right one's been working
i've reset them
and holding the left touch sensor hasn't been working
any suggestions?
I'm using jlab Jbuds air it was very well while listening music and movies but left bud doesn't work when I am interested calling is there any solution for that
I am actually not sure, if I find anything ill let you know!

I need help bro, mine won’t disconnect when I put them back in the case while one of the buds lights will blink blue while the other doesn’t blink but stays white, the box’s lights won’t show the percentage when I put them in and I’m really panicking about it
white usually means its connected. try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.

sorry to hear and sorry for the late response try this and let me know if it works!

A lot of people are having this same issue, the earphone is probably broken best thing to do would be to return them for a new for.
Well for me they both work but not at the same time like I have to jlab earbuds to connect to but they won’t work at the same time even if I connect to both at the same time tried all the steps what do I do

Hey DTech, I have the same issue with my JLab Go Air earbuds but I can't get anything to work, got anything to help with that?
Not 100% sure, but you can try putting the headphones in your charging case. (Make sure its not paired to anything)
Then press the right bud 7 times, wait 1 second then tap the left bud 7 times. It should reset itself. Hope that kinda helps!
@@DTechHQ Sry for the late reply, but anyway I just tried that and had no effect, thx for trying though I really appreciate it
Both my right and left earbud is fully loaded, but they split up so they dont paur with each other. They show as two seperste bluetooth-devices. There is nothing about this problem in the manual (nomadelic active 650). Does anyone know?
I have no experience with the nomadelic but you can try this and let me know if you have any luck
Hey, i tried the troubleshooting that the case gave me and I tried everything given in this video, but when I tried everything was just different for my set of headphones. When I tried to hold down the button all that did was turn them both off. If you have any information that can help please send it otherwise thanks for trying.
When they are turned off, hold them till the right flashes blue and white and the left will fLash white
I tried that, all that happened was that they connected back to my phone the same way as before. Still no sound from the left.
I'll definitely let you know if I find anything. This might actually a bigger problem that I think resetting the device won't fix. Thanks for watching!
Thanks bro my earbuds haven't been working for weeks.

Thank you! This worked!

Have been using the left earbud for months after I lost the right one until a week ago. My Samsung s8 isn't picking it up. Please have you got any tip for me? Thank you.
Let me see what I can do no promises lol what have you tried so far?
@@DTechHQ thank you...I have tried holding down the power button for a few seconds until the blue light comes on. Then I shut the case, open it, bring it out and press the button again until the blue light blinks. Then I check to see if my phone picks the signal...

That's been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
One side doesnt work it light on the case but when I put of the case it stop light
Hey! from what I am reading it looks like sometimes you have to tap and hold the logo for 25 seconds for it to work. Let me know if this helps!
Mine won't flash blue/white "ready to pair" until I take them out of the case. Then each one connects to my phone separately, with the sound from the first earbud ending when the 2nd takes over. Help 😢
Try this "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it." I heard it helps!
Thank you! It worked!
Welcome!!
It worked thank you so much❤️
Welcome glad it worked!
My left ear bud is just blinking blue and won't connect. I have held the button down for 3 minutes and it cont connect
Here try this I hope it helps, sorry for the late reply "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."
And what if there is no cable contact, how do I solve it? (JLAB GO AİR POP)
only other thing you can try is this, but im more sure if it will work for jlab go air pops ""Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."' let me know!
Worker for me, the left side wouldn’t connect or charge or anything so I’d assumed there was a connection issue. Reconnecting didn’t do anything but holding down for about 25 seconds did the trick
Glad it worked lol ive seen people type it takes 10 -25 seconds of holding or so. Not sure why, but glad i somewhat helped.
@@DTechHQ holding for 25 second in on condition or off condition?

How do I fix left one not connecting to the right one
Thats been a common problem lately, maybe issues with quality control. but try this put both the earbuds in the case and hold both buttons down for 30 seconds. Let me know if it works.
Mine keep pairing as 2 separate devices and alternate between pairing to my phone. I've tried everything and they don't sync together. I just bought them yesterday. I'm taking them back today. I've never experienced Bluetooth headphones pairing separately until I bought these. They are poorly designed.
I'm trying to troubleshoot over ear jlab headphones. Why do I keep getting ear buds?
I am not sure honestly, that's weird.
My left Jlab earbud is connected (meaning that if I do something like touch and hold it would go to the last song) but no sound is coming through. Nothing happened that could've broken it or anything. I followed everything in the video and nothing seems to work. Can someone help?

When you take the buds out of the charging case, does it flash any colors (white or blue)?
Best way to fix this: put them back in the case, grab your receipt, take them back to where you bought them and get a refund. These earbuds are garbage 😒

sounds like hardware issues looks like battery might be dead or connector :(
My issue is no matter now many times I tap the buds 7 times to attempt to synch one another, they will not synch together as well as Bluetooth will only connect to one at a time not both.. ):
Sorry to hear :( if I find any solution ill post a video!
literally same issue i have no idea how to fix it and im pissed asf
These had no channel issues at start but at long last I have them working.
Needed a good couple of minutes back on charger..yes they were fully charged. Strange
That is weird..... do they still work now? or has the issue come back?
What about if one side is not lighting up
Even after you put it in the charger? it doesn't light up?
I feel like I’m living in the twilight zone when I look at the reviews for these headphones. Over 100,000 5 star reviews on 15+ different websites. I finally get them working, it’s the same struggle every day with one of them not playing reconnecting and disconnecting, finally they’re both fully charged, and guess what
They sound like sh*t
I feel this 100% I had to play around with it a little and change the equalizer to Jlab signature and change my apple music equaliser as well lol that's what made them decent in the end for what i paid anyways.
