His information about charging directly to a USB instead of using a charging cable was EXACTLY what I needed. My husband’s cable stopped working so I plugging directly into a charging cube.

I cant seem to get my left one to work.Ive done everything and still nothing, ive sent jlabs an email hopefully they'll respond. It suck because i really do like mine.

Mines Do not Have the EQ 3 tap. When I tap three times right side it says "BE AWARE" or "BE AWARE OFF" did they change the Jlab Go Air Sport???? I had one before and it used to do the EQ

My left side has a solid white light that wont change regardless of button taps any ideas???
Let them drain fully and then charge them. That worked for me once.

You forgot a secret - 6. They suck. Never stay synched and have constant pairing problems, #Trash
