I bought these a couple months ago cause I needed good earbuds for work. my job requires lifting, climbing, occasional jogging, and giving assistance and these have been perfect for work.
These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.
I am glad they let you reconfigure all the touch commands on the Jlab Sound app. All of those functions on a touch sensitive surface is a bit too busy for me. Pretty solid for $30.
Good honest review - much appreciated I picked up a pair of these to pair with my Garmin watch. Had a bit of trouble getting both buds to connect at same time but I found that when I paired to my iPhone first they synced, and then when I went back to my watch, they both paired right away. I can now sync spotify playlists to my watch and run with music without taking the phone! Agree with you on the sound with anything other than the heavy base mode, but otherwise, they def do the job for me for the $$.
The thing that caught my eye was a person can use these for swimming as well. For headphones reasonably priced I clearly understand that they're not the top of market but will get the job done with in means. Thank you for your review 😀 👍🏽
I have a pair of these and I do agree case is big but other than that, I really like these. It was price for me. This was the cheapest pair I could fine at my local best buy. I didn't want to pay the price for Bose or beats and I liked the fact that they fit around my ear vs in the ear like my son's air pods. I'm afraid I'd lose an air pod because it doesn't fit around the ear.
I almost threw a pair out, though had warranty didn't want to go through whole process of replacing. I pushed a needle end into the ear pieces, it removed a protective layer. Ear wax had muffled the sounds. Now I have to clean wax out now and then however both sides are now even louder than before removing.
I've had my set for a little over two years. I love them and they always work. Got on on sale at Walmart for 25 bucks lol. Watched video because I forgot how to change the EQ and your video was informative, thanks.
You can listen to one while the other charge. You just have to make sure everything you want to do and set is done with both of them first. I’ve had mine for a year
I just ordered these!! My daughter recommended I get air pods. I have tinnitus and am slightly hard of hearing. Not sure what I'll do with them but I'll figure it out. The case is big because they're over the ear.
Hey great video! I've had these for around 2 years, but the left one does not work on its own!! If my right ear gets tired, I loop the right bud around my ear, but I don't put it in.
Hey, thank you for doing this review. I have a couple of questions. Let me start with giving a quick background. I just got a pair of the Powerbeats Pro for $250 (with the ear hooks which I need because yawning and running a snow blower don't mix for me with reg. earbuds - they get plowed to earbud heaven, and I like to loosen one bud off my ear when playing an instrument along with music, so that's important to me). I feel like I got totally ripped off with the Powerbeats. No noise cancelling, *No choices with EQ*, and the microphone sounds like sh*t. BTW the case on the PowerBeats Pro seems gargantuan compared to that case in your hand. It's like the size of a softball. BUT you can just hook them together and toss them in your pocket without breaking them because they're soft. ~ I used to have a cheapish pair of JLab regular wireless earbuds (they got stolen) and I knew when I got them that they wouldn't be the best, BUT I had respect for the fact that they gave me 3 choices of EQ because I switched them around depending on the song. (the beats give no options) Q.#1: Did you try all 3 EQ choices & the movie mode? Or just the 2 EQ options? I'd like to know if the movie mode has some sort of surround sound thing or what. Q.#2: What are the differences in sound between the "be aware sound transparency" mode with it ON and with it OFF? Do they cancel sound with it OFF? When it's ON is it picking up the outside sound with the microphone? (sometimes ya wanna be alone and sometimes you don't want to be snuck up on or miss your flight) Could that be why the sound lowered when you started talking? Q.#3: What does the mic sound like for the person on the other end of the phone? The Beats Pro sounds sort of warbley and inconsistent and kind of cuts in and out if you're in a car or just outside. Those and also the ipods pro sound like you're talking on a cheap phone with speaker phone on. Again, thank you so much!!
I like these because they are over the ear. They work great for working out and I do a lot of fast sprints......these don't fall out. Great for the price
JLabs is the perfect example of ethical Business. Provide a good product at an affordable price and your sales will be much higher than a product that is over priced because of demand.
These are so nice battery never runs out, it’s crazy they’re only $20 and I’ve owned AirPods Pro’s in the past, those things die after 4hrs of continuous use
If they had designed the case somehow so that oe bud lays on top of the other rather than side-by-side, the size of the case could have been cut almost in half.
I just purchased these but was seriously considering the Powerbeats pro over earbuds. But just couldn't justify the $179- price point. But i noticed you mentioned a lesser price for these. I just bought them, Best Buy, and paid around $80-. They are the JLab Epic Air Sport ANC. Is there a difference between yours & mine? So far they sound pretty decent. I wanted something that wouldn't slip-out from sweat at the gym. Also a wireless pair that I can commit to using routinely & taking care of. So in the future I may consider a higher pricepoint 😬👌
Powerbeats pro suck, not worth the hype. No ANC or ambient noise. There’s little to no bass and they’re not very loud. They are extremely comfortable though and won’t move. I love the control buttons as well. Bc of the noise, lack of bass and no ANC I returned mine.
I skipped over these and went for air sport x4 but after trying them today it only last 3 hours the bass is extremley heavy that the voice in music can bearly be understood with case it lasts only 15-18 hours for $30 Definetly gonna return them and gets these instead
I purchased these earbuds they worked okay and all but for some reason only way I could hear anything with them on my laptop is if I cranked the volume to 100% other then that it was super hard to hear anything if I plugged my wired headphones in I heard everything just fine I returned those earbuds for that reason.
I would give these a 7 out of 10 rating. Pros: good sound, great fit and long battery life. Cons: The "tippy/tappy" system for switching between modes is hit or miss at best. When I tap it twice to put a song on hold I normally have to do it 3 or 4 times before it works, and in the mean time I keep getting "balanced" or other message. But, the big drawback to me giving it a higher rating is that it (unlike every other ear bud set that I own) will not allow me to connect to two devices at the same time. Before I can connect to my phone I have to disconnect from my lap top and vice versa. Very frustrating.
The jlabs mini are terrible I kicked them in a bush on a run and threw the case so bad...I run so I'm interested in these my issue is I have small ears so trying to find earphones that are not chunky and fit comfortable these could be them. But the issue also is if they done fit me I can't take them back once I've tried them
I dont think this model has ANC. But i do know there is a $100 version or something from Jlab like this that includes Noise Canceling. Otherwise i think this model would just isolate some noise. I could be wrong
Thanks for the Video honesty is appreciated for the price probably okay but I would like to spend more and get some quality have you got anything you can recommend about a $100 need quality thanks buddy
Interesting...the volume on these.. I do not like...practically want to return them.. I'm listening to your video with them and the sound...sounds great...but before then other media not so great..not sure what to do
It ticks me off that there doesn't exist an "Over-Ear" earbud with "Multipoint Connection". This is what I'm needing, and all these MILLION company's and not one is smart enough to create such. :(
The one thing people are doing is buying the housing and using whatever earbuds they love. But I agree... there is a niche for it and for some reason no one is tapping into it.
@@TechVisibilityVideos only one ear bud would work. Then I noticed that many people had the same problem and I didn't want to troubleshoot all the time. This is a common problem with these earbuds. That should get fixed before they're sold in mass production.
Bought it and it sucked ass i could still hear my gyms music and didnt wanted to keep on putting the volume higher. Wouldnt really recommend it for anyone who goes to the gym
I bought these a couple months ago cause I needed good earbuds for work. my job requires lifting, climbing, occasional jogging, and giving assistance and these have been perfect for work.

double that now.
HOw do i do that im with you im over tappin
Link that app please 🙏 😭 I can't work these touch features
The JLab Sound app, it was mentioned in the paperwork that came with the earbuds.
🔥🔥🔥 I received them today as a gift. Tomorrow I will test them on a 20 kilometer workout. Thank you for the reviews. Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱
How do you expect them to jave a smaller size case if the buds themselves are big? That was probably the smallest they could make
Good honest review - much appreciated I picked up a pair of these to pair with my Garmin watch.
That's exactly what I was hoping to do since my watch doesn't require a phone to play music.
I absolutely love these. I’ve never had a pair I could use because I have small easily irritated ears. So satisfied
Also my issue small ears..you may have convinced me to try these out
The thing that caught my eye was a person can use these for swimming as well. For headphones reasonably priced I clearly understand that they're not the top of market but will get the job done with in means. Thank you for your review 😀 👍🏽
I totally agree! You get a lot of value here! Thanks for watching.

Can we use these in shower?
In best buy right now.. standing in front of earbuds and this helped
@@TechVisibilityVideos what about the 2gen are they better

Whatttttt damn I paid $59
I wish you mentioned if they can work independently. Listening to one while the other charges
Yes, they can be independent. Each Earbud connects to the phone separately.
You can listen to one while the other charge. You just have to make sure everything you want to do and set is done with both of them first. I’ve had mine for a year
You can i fell asleep with my right one in and woke up in the am and it was still in my ear and on
I just ordered these!! My daughter recommended I get air pods. I have tinnitus and am slightly hard of hearing. Not sure what I'll do with them but I'll figure it out.
The case is big because they're over the ear.
Enjoy them. You can also turn up the sound limiter on your phone if that helps! It is in settings.
Hi what is the best hook over ear phones for training ,thanks ❤️👍🏴
Hey great video! I've had these for around 2 years, but the left one does not work on its own!!

Thanks for watching. The PowerBeats Fit Pro are something for you to look at. Currently my favorite but also pricey.
I can’t get both to play at the same time which kinda irks me smh
I like these because they are over the ear. They work great for working out and I do a lot of fast sprints......these don't fall out. Great for the price
Has anyone had issues with pairing right out of the box? I have worked with mine for 6 hours and no luck.
Not loud enough. I'm guessing when you tap the right bud to up the volume then you hear a beep meaning volume is max out?
The case ain’t that bad for me, honestly I like that it’s bigger less prone to getting lost and it ain’t pretty enough to easily get stolen lol
JLabs is the perfect example of ethical Business. Provide a good product at an affordable price and your sales will be much higher than a product that is over priced because of demand.

Can these JBUD earphones connect to multi units?
A computer is required to charge the box?
Can you listen to either ear independently?

I find that you can not pair them if they power off outside the case

My question is that can you wear them with glasses????
sadly iphone 12 pro max app doesnt work. i got these hoping to adjust the equalizer ( i am hearing impaired) sigh. oh well
Iso indies, never heard that song but I love people that have bars.. Have you ever heard of Chippass from Oakland?
Can You talk with These Earbuds? And If You can talk with them what’s the Talk Time on Them?
I would give these a 7 out of 10 rating. Pros: good sound, great fit and long battery life. Cons: The "tippy/tappy" system for switching between modes is hit or miss at best. How was the volume? I had a pair of Gen 1 or 2s, but they were too quiet.
I just bought the Jbuds air sport and they were too too low when using my Samsung s23, gonna return mine. I get better results with a corded unit.
Thanks for the Video honesty is appreciated for the price probably okay but I would like to spend more and get some quality have you got anything you can recommend about a $100 need quality thanks buddy

Just was on the jlab site, they have an over the ear version.
I can't get mine to sound louder
Check the sound limiter on your phone. Turn it up. It is in settings.
Thanks for the review! Money is really tight, but I have a $50 Best Buy gift card, and I have to find something to workout in for
I just bought these, at Best Buy for $10.98. I cannot just wear ear buds because, they pop out of my ears. They were really easy to pair to my phone.
Dude my left side that goes on my left ear…still doesn’t work..wtf😊
I would have kept them, but the didn't fit my ears well at all, and yes, I did change out the ear pices.
U have to reset them before they pair. The instructions don’t tell u that.
You get a follow for the Hip - Hop selection:)
1760 O'Conner Spring
How did u pair them though...mine won't shoot out a signal
They paid automatically. If not hold down the earbud until Bluetooth mode reappears.
man these are cool the little charging case is awesome great idea just slips in your pocket
I tried these earbuds and they are horrible. I should have read the comments before I bought them. They aren't worth the trouble.
What didnt you like about them?
