I've used this method and video in the past and it has worked but now both ear buds just keep flashing white and neither of them will flash blue.

How to reset if missing one pair

One of them is not working for me? How do I fix it

Issue: The left earbud stops working while wearing. Both are fully charged overnight. If I place it back in the charging case it works again but after a few minutes it turns off again.

Does this replace the usb from the shaft? I'm having troubles with random disconnection and am getting tired of it.

They still refuse to pair with each other. Both just continue to flash blue and white when they are taken out of the charging case after doing the 7 tap reset. I bought them less than a week ago and the one just suddenly unpaired while using them. Why is this such a problem with this brand?

After I did the new firmware update now my thing doesn't even want to turn on! Support sucks it's been 5 months now. They keep telling me to hold the power button for 8 seconds to put it in the update mode and I keep telling them that it doesn't even want to stay powered on. 6 emails and they're still telling me the same thing. You cannot remove any drivers or install any of the drivers if the unit doesn't want to stay powered on. I'm fed up with this company. Pedals Wheels Etc so much money and I can't even use it. Don't recommend
