He vuelto solo para decir que me funcionó, muchas gracias, al inicio no funcionó pero conecte el estuche a mi celular por medio de un cable OTG e intenté lo que mencionaste en el vídeo de las 7 veces y me funciono, muchas gracias
broo i have these and the left ones don’t connect to my phone at all!! it makes the little connecting sound but it just won’t work
did you figure out how to fix them
You need to reset both the buds. Put them inside the case- both. tap 7 times on each of the buds separately. both will blink 4 times. re-pair them again.
Why does only 1 pair then when i pair the other one it’ll turn off then switch the volume to the other ear bud

I succeded to pair them at first after couple of monhts they are dispaired. Now the pairing mode does not work. I have constant blue light. I cannot pair them. Any idea?
Mine does the same thing and it’s driving me insane.

The case is required to pair. They're pretty shit. I'm kind of looking forward to loosing them.
How to connect without putting them in the case. Highly recommend don’t purchase these as they don’t. really stupid design.

Don't buy these headphones anymore they used to be good now they aren't the sound quality got way worse the sound of both headphones go out of sync sometimes they don't connect they added way to many confusing features I used to want to recommend these to everyone but I won't even recommend it to a psychopath they became bad don't buy them
