I absolutely LOVE the new Bose Ultra Open Ear Buds! They sound crazy good! I never wear ear buds until the battery dies without ear fatigue! It's awesome!
Yeah they look a cool design. I am kinda stuck with apple though because I have their phone/ipad pro etc so made choice couple of hours ago to purchase gen 3 Airpods . My son loves his gen 3 AirPods so hopefully I have similar if smaller ear and I will feel the same about them. I am only going to use them for light use during lunch hour etc although saying that if I love them maybe I will upgrade to Bose or AirPods Pro 2. But Bose nailed it with a brilliant unique design that seems to pass a lot of the tests and probably feels super comfortable for majority of people. 😊
The Bose sound quality is horrible. They make great over-ear headphones but this earbud headphone is horrible. Cool design but it just sounds low quality. The bass is loud but the sound mix is just very muddy and sounds like you’re listening from a distance. It’s kinda obnoxious sounding. The Shokz sound quality blows the Bose outta the water.
Would love to see the Huawei Freeclips here, same design ethos as the Bose but seemingly better in all depts at 2/3 the price...maybe not available in the US?
I have them, and I absolutely love them. I also have Shokz Open run and the Sony Link buds to compare them to, and I like the sound, comfort and battery life.
Agree. It is surprising that it isn't being compared here as it has the same design approach with Bose and it is already available before the Bose was released. The one's that are being chosen here are all even not from 2024.
I have the samsung beans and the samsung buds pro 2. I end up wearing the beans more often because they are more comfortable. The pros are not uncomfortable...but the beans are just more comfortable. I'm glad that companies are making lots of open earbuds for us to choose from
Surprise with microphone test… Bose at $300 and their mic was trash… and according to your scoring AirPods mic was better than Shokz… but the Shokz def blew air pods out of the water with the mic test…
@ you must me deaf… have you heard the mic ok the Bose test? At $300 it should’ve sound like the way it did… I recently gifted my Shockz Openfit to my friend… and i never even realized how good the mic were on those… and even those were less than half the price
I have both the Bose open earbuds and Sony Linkbuds, and here are some of my thoughts: 👉Design: definitely Bose. Both are very comfortable but Bose earbuds looks cooler. 👉 Audio performance: I think this relying on personal taste but in my humble opinion, I think Sony has done it better than Bose. At first, you will be wowed by Bose “signature” bass but you will soon get tired of it, at least it’s true for me. In Sony case, everything is well calibrated, it feels “just right”, very detailed, with wider sound stage than Bose. 👉 Companion app: another point for Sony. It’s Headphones app has more options than Bose Music, making Sony Linkbuds become very flexible for many music genres. 👉Mic quality: I feel myself have more natural sound with the Sony 👉Battery life: Bose is the winner with no doubt.
I have the linkbuds and after wearing them for some time they hurt my ears and I am stubborn so I keep them in my ears and they hurt even more I have to return them it's a deal breaker I'll get the bose
Used to switch buds everytime. Until I came across the buds live 4 years ago. They are perfect for comfort. Right now, it's the Bose NC 700 headphones for music and buds live for everything else for me.
Its hard to find another alternative to buds live. I've tried so many different alternatives and none of them compares to the comfort and sound of the buds live.
They're definitely not open, just standard with no ANC etc. Open earbuds don't go in your ear channel and will let you hear everything from outside. You can't hear that with any airpods
When I need open earbuds, I am a fan of the Galaxy Buds Live. Not perfect by any means, but they are very comfortable for me. I hope Samsung does update them in the future as I believe they have room for some improvements.
I got a free pair from Samsung, when I bought a phone. I HATE them!!! You have to position them just right so sound isn't blocked by your ear, and they don't stay there. They are very uncomfortable and make my ears hurt. Touch controls are aweful. They were free and I still feel robbed, because i got a 💩 gift, that is worthless, for preordering my phone.
I have the Bose open ear and I'm obsessed! I wear them all day for work. My boyfriend snores bad and keeps me awake, so I wear them all night. The battery plays until morning on a full charge. They are so comfortable I can't even feel them while I sleep. The sound is great, I loved the noise canceling on my other pair but constantly had ear infections and always in pain. Being able to push a button to play or answer calls is better because you can touch the buds and dont have to worry about accidently touching it and hanging up. The bose are definitely worth the money.
The only problem I have with the linkbuds is that, after about a year of owning them, the buds discharge their battery super fast even when they're off. I can charge them (and the case) to full, go out for like 2 hours, put them in their case when I get home, and the buds will be nearly dead by the next day and need to be recharged.
I can only do open earbuds coz im deaf in my right side of the ear. I work at the airport and as a manager of 5 stores, i need to hear my surroundings or what's going on around me coz i always get phone calls.
I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the mifo gen 2 touch. I've found they're low profile, love that the case charges the ear buds and doubles as a phone charger if needed. Sound quality seems good for both the user and for the people on the other end of a phone call. The longevity may be the only weak point for me, as over time the Bluetooth acts finicky and sound quality on phone calls degrade. But again, would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
Been using the airpods 3rd gen for quite some time, but been getting itchy/irriation from it being in ear. Have switched to the open ear Shokz, and so far no complaints at all. Happy to see a comparison of the call qualities! Really helpful to see if this was something lost after switching.
i thought the airpods 3rd gen were open earbuds. so they cause the same irritation as IEMs? that's good to know cause then the bose will be my next choice.
@@Viewer13128 hmm I guess technically the AirPods are considered open ear as they don’t go as deep in, but for me personally caused irritation as it still partially goes in.
I bought the shokz today and I'm not really feeling them. The tapping to skip and stop music doesn't seem to work right that's the only thing I don't like
do airpods sound better on iphone? i plan to use android and windows. from my experience, windows BT sounds better than android. if i'm not using iphone, will airpods sound worse?
You've got me very interested in the Bose buds. I've used the Galaxy buds for a couple years now. I can start a run with them in a comfortable position, but inevitably they end up settling into a position where they press on one part of my ear or another and get quite painful. Glad there are so many more options now.
i think more people need to showcase their experience using the mic not just listening to the sound quality but checking the voice call quality too. i bought the Phillips open ear neck band bone conduction headphones while i almost never need to clean them. no ear wax, they fall short in phone call mic quality. but with great sound from Phillips professionals.
We watch TV when the kids go to sleep but have been using a Bluetooth adapter and earbuds. Just found out my new samsung TV can hook directly to the earbuds. We only use one ear each so we can hear other noises. Looking for your opinion on the best sounding earbuds for TV use without spending over $200. Thank you
Can you confirm if the Bose have mono mode? You said in your last video on them that they don’t have it, but I’ve seen other RUclipsrs say they do have it, so it’s very confusing.
Though I like the overall approach and thoroughness, I disagree with the practical grouping of the products. The only products here that are open ear are actually shokz and Bose. All the rest, need to sit in the ear and this is a really different experience. The true open ear are the ones that don't block the ear. It gives them tremendous comfort because they just sit outside your ear and unfortunately they don't block any noise which is the entire point. Bose is an innovation in the category, as it sits in the ear but didn't really block the ear. The marketing of "open air" being no silicone is bs, and tech channels should know about this. With their mindset, we had open ear headphones for ages with those small wired ones which were also uncomfortable. Take it from a person with multiple ear infections, if it touches the ear canal entrance, it's annoying and uncomfortable. Not to everyone but this sensitivity helps make the distinction.
I disagree with your sentiment. Typically when you put one of these "tipless" earbuds into your ear, they *should* just rest barely outside of your canal, and only blocking around 5% of external sound. This at least was my experience with Apple's Wired Earpods, which sure, you can shove all the way into your ear, but I let them rest just outside my canal and they don't fall and block out 0 external sound.
As someone who looks for open earbuds I thank you for this review. I tried the Sony linkbuds but the ear pain I got from it made me return them. The main reason I need open ear is the ear fatigue and I have sensitive skin and ear sweat causes me to have eczema there sometimes. I was looking into the Bose because the way they sit on the ear, but the mic just sounded so echoey on the video and now I really have to decide if I want to go with them.
4:32 air pod 3 is not the same “tried and true design” from the classic wired apple in ear headphones, which is different from the AirPods 1 &2 which are truly the exact same
I've got the Apple AirPod Pro 2s & Sennheiser 3s. My Apple has already broke so I'll never do that again. And now an Alarm was set off at work while using my Momentum 3s and now the right earbuds been starting to an odd buzzing sound at certain times (as if the alarm f'd up the frequency somehow when going off that day)...& I've done a factory reset plus checked with the warranty to no avail. Now I'm in search for a paid that will last for longer than just 6 months that I can use for a daily use at work? And my wife bought me a pair of JBL Vibes that were fairly decent, up until a POS coworker stole them while I was at lunch. So now I'm searching & narrowing it down between 3-4 different brands in particular. Any suggestions between going between Sony, Bose, Sennheiser 4s, or Jabra? Any suggestions?!?
What would you recommend for an adult woman with small ears? I like ear buds. The ones I use now are ok & old. But I was wondering about something new to use for audio books, audio directions. As far as looks go, the least noticeable, the better. Thank you.
One key reason I have for wearing open earbuds is for playing piano with the learning app. Earbuds in my ear connected to the tablet, over-ear headphones connected to the piano, and the piano midi connected to the tablet USB-C.
I have the link buds and the case stopped working after about a year. Technically, it still works but only on the right side. The left side continually drains it so that no matter how much battery you have when you leave the house it's zero by the time you use it.
I asked for the Bose for Christmas. 🤞🏻 but I get ear figure very quickly so my AirPod 3 I can only wear for a short while and have to switch sides often. With my 3 year old my Samsung pair before the beans constantly feel like they are going to fall out of my ear. I tried the beans but they will not stay in even if I’m just sitting extremely still. I also have a conch piercing in my right ear so I wonder if it will be a problem. It’s a stud not a hoop. I can’t do anything that wraps around my head or my ear because of my hair so the Bose is what I was looking at.
For whatever reason, in-ear buds are extremely painful for me. Like I can tolerate it in my right ear for a while, but the left ear is flat out unbearable almost instantly. Some of these look like they would still hurt since they rely on pressing into the opening of your ear to stay in, so I definitely prefer the type that hook over the ear.
I own the Shokz & I’m looking to replace them bc of the over the ear loop design. Glasses & face masks interfere with them & they fall out easily. I like the design, the quality, & the durability. One of them fell into the washer & went thru the cycle unscathed-detergent & all!! I think they are very light. I’m half expecting to lose one any day now bc the come off when you take your shirt off, bend over, etc. The first day I wore them one came off & I was frantically searching on hands & knees at a restaurant amongst the patrons like Danny Devito in Romancing the Stone, “ I lost my langostino.” It turn out to be in the collar of my shirt!! I’m leaning toward Bose bc they seem to be more secure than the others. Maybe you can add a jogging test to rank how easily they dislodge. Why don’t they make these in a flesh tone so blend in better at work where sometimes management thinks we are being unproductive bc we are having a conversation. I tell them that mine don’t have a microphone but that’s dismissed bc they want it to be a blanket ban. Mono is a plus for me bc I mainly listen to podcasts not music,
I had the bose quiet comfort II earbuds for use with iphone 14. I have had nothing but problems with them connecting. Sometimes I would have to fiddle for half an hour putting them back in the case out of the case, connect, disconnect then they would suddenly just connect. Yesterday I finally had it when they kept restarting in my ear, and loosing connection even though the phone said they were connected. So I calmly took them outside, grabbed my sledge hammer, and did what I have wanted to do since I first bought them. Now I get to research for a new pair, again. Technology is such a pain in the ass.
I've tried a lot of ear buds but none were as comfortable as the Samsung live. Sure some might perform better or look better or whatever but they all would give me really bad ear fatigue. The live's never did.
From all the earbuds you have tested so far. Wich do you advice to young adults. I my case. Not expencive decent 8h battery and usable for a whole workday?
I love the sound but people are constantly telling me they can’t hear me when on the phone. Bose switched them out, but the second pair is no better when on the phone.
Great comparison video. I just moved from IPhone to pixel so my airpods 2nd gen have become useless unless I want to manually control Bluetooth all the time. Its important to me to have great microphones and from what I've tested, android has zero options. Does anyone know how to make airpod ear detection work on android?
Nice video with a lot of info. Thanks. But are they able to pair individually? Because, if one broke, you will need to buy a new set. If they could pair individually, you could still use one for a while.
Main reason for using open buds for me is sharing an office and working in a hospital. I want background music/podcasts, but I absolutely have to be aware of my surroundings and transparency mode on any earbuds is not good enough if someone starts talking to me.
Usual earbuds are hard to get to fit well. To get a full sound, a good fit is a must. If one like me has some irritation in the ear canal, open buds are the best. And to be honest, nothing is supposed to be pressed into the ear canal in the first place. If optimal sound quality is required, go for proper over ear phones.
The main reason I wear open earbuds is because I get ear infections quite easily & generally have sensitive ears, so in-ear earbuds are absolutely awful for me. Before I found open earbuds I would just wear over-ear headphones, but I still didn't like that because they hurt your ears when wearing them a lot and its just not super pleasant to have your ear suffocated all day. Open earbuds are perfect; I don't have to worry about any of those problems anymore. From my perspective, only 2 of these are open ear -- the Shokz & Bose -- because I wear them primarily to keep things from touching or blocking anywhere near my ear canal. I've only used the Shokz. The OpenFit were a welcome upgrade for me from the previous bone conduction ones, as those can give you a headache after wearing all day (just from having something pressed against your temples). The main problem with the Shokz is that they don't last. I'm looking at this review because my Shokz died and I just found out about the new Bose. My previous bone conduction Shokz also died faster than I would have liked. I'm really impressed by the style of the Bose, it looks significantly more fashionable than the Shokz -- they have kind of a cyberpunk aesthetic. I would love to go for a pair of those, but the mic quality is giving me pause. I like to use mine for work and for other phone calls -- Shokz are really nice for calls, as you can hear your surroundings and so you can speak like you were in-person. I suppose its not a big deal for work, as I usually use a Shure mic and just have the earbuds for audio, but it would be annoying for phone calls.. I might try them just to try them It is also kind of annoying that these are also the 2 that don't have wireless charging... that would be nice.
I have two different ears. A traditional earbud doesn’t fit into my left ear. I watched your video to get another perspective on what I should buy. After watching I will try the Bose. Thanks for your help.
I think a lot of people hate the closed ear style for many reasons. You are certainly not alone here. I see a lot of people mentioning ear infections from closed buds
Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Used to wear earbuds all the time, got the Samsung Pro 2 buds and after a few months got terrible ear infections. Now any time I wear *any* brand of buds I get infections.
@MarcusWerner13 I used the buds live for a while never had a problem but got the bud 2 used them they gave me an ear infection and I thought I could back to live I would be alright after my ears cleared up but no they started doing the I guess it's the iron in them that do it someone told me to use a little antibiotic ointment and I did it helped for a little while and then it started again so I don't know what else to do
You need to get different ear tips on the Samsung live my wife and I went thru a dozen earbuds until she bought these. Every single thing you criticized works great for us. I have to hit her for attention. We can scream at each other and never falls out.
I want to buy earbuds for gym purposes to counter gym music Can anyone tell me which earbuds are best to counter gym music? I am a samsung user. Sony? Bose? Sennheieser? Apple? Beats? Any other?
I went with the Shokz Openfit Air. A little lighter weight than the Openfit. Better price point: $119. Cross platform multi-point connectivity: I can connect my personal iPhone and my company Samsung/Android simultaneously. The ability to wear only one while the other charges in the case allows me to stretch out the runtime on days of long conference calls.
Nothing also makes a great open earbuds. The Nothing Ear Stick is my headphone of choice when not exercising. Extremely comfortable, has good sound, and was only $65 on Amazon.
All of the in-ear buds hurt my ears. I have tried a bunch and they all irritate my ear. These are my only option for buds, I use closed back over ear (QC45s) for isolation.
If someone wants to make timestamps, I will add them to the video! Thank you all for watching :)
Why dont you make them yourself?

The Shokz sound quality blows the Bose outta the water.
Youre in the minority most people think they sound great @stever24
I've had Samsung buds live since the release of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra got it free with pre-order of the phone, and they are still really good
Agreed, been using mine for years. Super durable, good sound quality, super comfortable too
Would love to see the Huawei Freeclips here, same design ethos as the Bose but seemingly better in all depts at 2/3 the price...maybe not available in the US?
I have them, and I absolutely love them. I also have Shokz Open run and the Sony Link buds to compare them to, and I like the sound, comfort and battery life.
Agree. It is surprising that it isn't being compared here as it has the same design approach with Bose and it is already available before the Bose was released. The one's that are being chosen here are all even not from 2024.
Huawei selling on Amazon, I got the Bose instead.
Thanks!@@MEBUGBUG
I have the samsung beans and the samsung buds pro 2. I end up wearing the beans more often because they are more comfortable. The pros are not uncomfortable...but the beans are just more comfortable. I'm glad that companies are making lots of open earbuds for us to choose from
Hi, the beans sound good in 2024 compared with the pro2?
I agree I love my beans!
@@eliasghost2350yes the difference is very slim
@@eliasghost2350 Yes. Open design of the Live gives it more pop than pro2
Surprise with microphone test… Bose at $300 and their mic was trash… and according to your scoring AirPods mic was better than Shokz… but the Shokz def blew air pods out of the water with the mic test…
You just hate bose because they are better and cost more!
@ you must me deaf… have you heard the mic ok the Bose test? At $300 it should’ve sound like the way it did… I recently gifted my Shockz Openfit to my friend… and i never even realized how good the mic were on those… and even those were less than half the price
I have both the Bose open earbuds and Sony Linkbuds, and here are some of my thoughts:
👉Design: definitely Bose.
👉Mic quality: I feel myself have more natural sound with the Sony
👉Battery life: Bose is the winner with no doubt.
Again, I would pay just about any amount of $ for a Galaxy Buds Live 2.
Literally the most comfortable earbuds with the best battery life ever.
Are airpods open earbuds? Or just earbuds without active noise cancelling or comfort features that would provide passive noise cancelling.
The buds are literally 4 years old now. I’m surprised Samsung still sells them.
They are excellent for me, fit well, sq fantastic due to the fit. Hope they will make a new model
@@kingdomthings9887 Thats cap. Buds live the best Samsung earphones. I have pro and it doesn't even compare to the comfort and sound of the live.
How's the mic?
Yeah same question how is the mic in your experience?
@tuckieteddy it works as far as the mic but phone calls do not work. Not sure why. Sorry I just now saw this comment.
The only problem I have with the linkbuds is that, after about a year of owning them, the buds discharge their battery super fast even when they're off. I can charge them (and the case) to full, go out for like 2 hours, put them in their case when I get home, and the buds will be nearly dead by the next day and need to be recharged.
Cuz you dont stop calling me
Yes timestamps are always good
as someone who finds silicone tips earbuds uncomfortable, love this video ❤
Yes , they're itchy 😞
U need to adjust the buds live and angle into the ear to hear the bass. It has a lot of bass
Hi dear.... Why did you miss the huawei freebuds 5 on this video?
@@tjcabansag oh i see. have you used traditional open earbuds, and are airpods the same insertion as those?
I bought the shokz today and I'm not really feeling them. The tapping to skip and stop music doesn't seem to work right that's the only thing I don't like
@@Viewer13128 hmm depends on which traditional open earbuds brand you are referring to
do airpods sound better on iphone? i plan to use android and windows. from my experience, windows BT sounds better than android. if i'm not using iphone, will airpods sound worse?
Are the sennheiser true wireless momentum 4 better then all of these earbuds ?
No, I’m returning mine tomorrow. Nothing but, problems with those.
You've got me very interested in the Bose buds. I've used the Galaxy buds for a couple years now. I can start a run with them in a comfortable position, but inevitably they end up settling into a position where they press on one part of my ear or another and get quite painful. Glad there are so many more options now.
They look like you're wearing big hipster earrings
Exactly. That's why I will never buy them, especially at 300.00
i think more people need to showcase their experience using the mic not just listening to the sound quality but checking the voice call quality too. i bought the Phillips open ear neck band bone conduction headphones while i almost never need to clean them. no ear wax, they fall short in phone call mic quality. but with great sound from Phillips professionals.
Shokz open comm has a boom mic and are a great option
We watch TV when the kids go to sleep but have been using a Bluetooth adapter and earbuds. Just found out my new samsung TV can hook directly to the earbuds. We only use one ear each so we can hear other noises. Looking for your opinion on the best sounding earbuds for TV use without spending over $200. Thank you
Can you confirm if the Bose have mono mode? You said in your last video on them that they don’t have it, but I’ve seen other RUclipsrs say they do have it, so it’s very confusing.
They do have mono mode.
@@stephbyn2654 is mono mode whereby you only need to where one earbud?
As a person, who has ear infections, I cannot use silicone tips. Bose is a god send for me. Apple, Shokz and others don't fit e at all. Nice video.
Umm... The linkbuds block absolutely nothing, they have a hole all the way through instead of the tip
If comparing with "boss ultra open" , in terms of 1) sound qaility 2) call quality 3) fit - comfortable ? ,which one would you recommend? Thanks
Very thorough review. Thank you!
Which you ended up with
Great video, for me I would only consider the BOSE or another brand, because they sit outside your ear. Thanks!
4:32 air pod 3 is not the same “tried and true design” from the classic wired apple in ear headphones, which is different from the AirPods 1 &2 which are truly the exact same
Good point. Have you tried both? How do the AirPods 3's compare?
Whats your opinion about shockz openrun pro 2
kind of surprised you didn't try the Oladance, open earbuds is all they do and they produce incredible sounding headphones.
How come liberty 4NC isn't within your list of comparison... it is very close to the quality of the ones you highlighted..do you agree ?
I have the link buds and the case stopped working after about a year. Technically, it still works but only on the right side. The left side continually drains it so that no matter how much battery you have when you leave the house it's zero by the time you use it.
Same!
I have the buds pro 2 yet i have to wear buds live for workouts because they impossibly stay in
once with no silicone tip is my favourite because I can use it for 8 hours straight with no uncomfortable feeling
Got the Shokz OpenFit
I hope they don’t disappoint
did they
review
Mono is a plus for me bc I mainly listen to podcasts not music,
Wow... those mics on the Bose are absolutely horrible... I might buy the 2nd generation if they improve the mics... at $300, I need good mics...
Just Traded my Sony WF1000-XM5 for the Bose. Best I've ever had. Most Comfortable, good sound, etc...
I had the same problem trying to connect airpods 3 to my apple watch ultra. Probably need that sledgehammer to solve the connectivity problem 😂
I feel you 😂😂😂
I've tried a lot of ear buds but none were as comfortable as the Samsung live. Sure some might perform better or look better or whatever but they all would give me really bad ear fatigue. The live's never did.
omg i have been wearing the Samsung buds live wrong for years... i have been shoving the speaker side into the ear hole. good sound but uncomfortable
So why didn't you include the oladance, pretty much been around the longest.
Great comparison. Do the Bose have mono in both earbuds
Aww you missed the two Soundcore open earbuds (Aerofit pro and Aerofit)
Great comparison video. I just moved from IPhone to pixel so my airpods 2nd gen have become useless unless I want to manually control Bluetooth all the time. Its important to me to have great microphones and from what I've tested, android has zero options. Does anyone know how to make airpod ear detection work on android?
Why didn’t u compare them to the Technics AZ80 or the new Senheizers?
I am a fan of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. I primarily use the Galaxy Buds Live for my office and the Bose NC700 when I travel.
Mike - Mike --get to point -- , which one would the best - and tobe controlled by a watch ex. - ???
Nice video with a lot of info. Thanks. But are they able to pair individually? Because, if one broke, you will need to buy a new set. If they could pair individually, you could still use one for a while.
I work outdoors and use transparency. Im considering open ones. Dont need bass for podcasts.
Main reason for using open buds for me is sharing an office and working in a hospital. I want background music/podcasts, but I absolutely have to be aware of my surroundings and transparency mode on any earbuds is not good enough if someone starts talking to me.
Thanks for the great review! As a cyclist, I am very interested in their performance on wind noise. Can you give a review on that? Thanks a lot!
Did u find a good one?
I am also interested in finding an answer to your question in using open earbuds on my bicycle.
The linkbuds take EQ really well and it's part of the sony app.
Anyone with glasses has the shokz? Planning to buy that but im afraid it'd be annoying with glasses on
Have you tried the JBL's at all? They've really impressed me
For me its the samsung buds live.
Its still holding up compared to when it came out!
DAMN!
You never mentioned the price of the Shokz.
Usual earbuds are hard to get to fit well. To get a full sound, a good fit is a must. If one like me has some irritation in the ear canal, open buds are the best. And to be honest, nothing is supposed to be pressed into the ear canal in the first place. If optimal sound quality is required, go for proper over ear phones.
where is Airpods Pro 2 and Sony XM5?
I might try them just to try them
It is also kind of annoying that these are also the 2 that don't have wireless charging... that would be nice.
I have two different ears. A traditional earbud doesn’t fit into my left ear. I watched your video to get another perspective on what I should buy. After watching I will try the Bose. Thanks for your help.
The reason I like the open ear ones is I get an ear infection from the Samsung pro 2
@MarcusWerner13 I used the buds live for a while never had a problem but got the bud 2 used them they gave me an ear infection and I thought I could back to live I would be alright after my ears cleared up but no they started doing the I guess it's the iron in them that do it someone told me to use a little antibiotic ointment and I did it helped for a little while and then it started again so I don't know what else to do
8:56 sounded Like there was about to be a drive by.😅
I got a question. The Samsung earbuds is not compatible with any apple device, right?
You need to get different ear tips on the Samsung live my wife and I went thru a dozen earbuds until she bought these. Every single thing you criticized works great for us. I have to hit her for attention. We can scream at each other and never falls out.
I want to buy earbuds for gym purposes to counter gym music
Can anyone tell me which earbuds are best to counter gym music?
I am a samsung user.
Sony?
Bose?
Sennheieser?
Apple?
Beats?
Any other?
Thanks for making this comparison video. Just curious if the Beats Fit Pro could be compared to these.
No they cant since the 70% is marketing and 30% actual tech.
I own the Sony's and do enjoy them. My only complaint is you cannot use one at a time you have to have the left ear bud for the right to work
7:10 I wish there was a warning to turn the volume down🤣 Great reviews, thank you!
It would be interesting to see them compared to Huawei Freebuds 5.
Those are my go to open ear buds with a reasonable budget
Great Video! Have you tried Huawei Free Clip?
I went with the Shokz Openfit Air. A little lighter weight than the Openfit. Better price point: $119. Cross platform multi-point connectivity: I can connect my personal iPhone and my company Samsung/Android simultaneously. The ability to wear only one while the other charges in the case allows me to stretch out the runtime on days of long conference calls.
why didn't you consider of Huawei Freeclip. It's one of the newest open earbuds
These are my only option for buds, I use closed back over ear (QC45s) for isolation.
really good diverse and detailed reviews - thank you
Are you planning on reviewing the Soundcore C30i?
