It won't work my right earbuds still won't turn on. And I know it's charged because it's been on the charger all night. What do I do?

Kind of funny, I kept doing exactly what you did except I was doing it was far less patient and no music. After watching you do it, I did it your way (exactly the same but slower) and it worked. Hope this helps someone like me.

Someone help, the left ear bud won’t charge, when it’s in the case the light doesn’t turn on. I’ve tried everything. I tapped both 7x but only the right one worked and now neither of them will connect with any device. Is it broken or is there anything I should do?
This man is a genius! More than one month I can't use one of them, I felt discourage cause I didn't want to buy another one but with this video in less than 10 seconds it work! Thank you so much
i did this exact prosses 4 times yesterday without success so i looked it up online found this video and decided to follow it in real time, and even tho i did this multiple times yesterday it worked on the first attempt today lol i have no idea what i was doing wrong
The left earbud does not turn on at all. When I remove it from the case it dies and does not react. Resetig works only on the right one. I have same model like you here.

Take out the left one tap 8x then put back in the case it shld work I went thru the same problem hmb to let me know if it worked

I think mine are defective. I've done exactly this about 10 times and both end up blinking blue and white. I try connecting anyway and only one is connected. They don't want to pair with eachother.
EDIT: I finally got mine to work, I just don't know exactly how, but basically I took one out and tapped on it 8 times, then held it down for a few seconds. I did this while the other one was still in the charging case, then I alternated & did the same to the other one. Then I took them both out and one was solid white while the other was blinking blue/white which is what its supposed to do. Then I connected them to my device & it worked.
Basically I think they need to be reset individually before they can pair to eachother & I think holding down the buttons on each one did the trick.

Mine have been working perfectly for a bit over a year now, but within the past few days for some odd reason, if I hold my phone at a certain angle or put it in the pocket of my jacket (Which for reference has worked perfectly fine without problems this entire time). I tried what you said in this video and now only one of my earbuds seems to connect and the other just keeps saying "ready to pair" and never ends up pairing.
Has your iPhone recently updated in software? It could be another of Apples way of frustrating you and your non-Apple product! #RottenApple
OMG you saved my life. These are brand new out of the box. I tried everything from the website and this is the only thing that worked
The process works, but my issue is that I had both buds flash blue and white. How do I fix to have only one flash blue and white and the other just white?

I did this over n over for hours but when i put them back in the case the second time to see if they pair together but they dont. I get pass the blinking blue lights take them out wait for blue light to go out put then back in wait till the green light turns blue thats all it does then take them both out and they both go white flashing slow then rapid white blue on both of them.
did you ever figure that out? only 1 works for me post reset....

Well this screwed mine up. After tapping each one 7x, they separated into 2 independent devices: Right and Left, both wanting to pair separately. And still no sound other than it saying “Ready to pair”
Mine unpaired separately at random and came here; it worked after a few tries. One of the comments here mentions keeping them close together in order to pair them so I placed both of them in the desk and kept my phone close to them to pair it and it worked. Hope it works for you as well.
I was skeptical and frustrated because I couldn't figure this out. Had to take a step back and breathe. But as long as you're good at following directions, this works. Thanks for the help!!!

something is wrong with mine. Ive used this exact method, and it still recognizes each airbud as its own device instead of pairing both of them at the same time.
What do I do if they done connect to each other? Only one of them will sync to my phone at a time and when I try to reset them they both blink blue

No matter How many times I do this exactly like this. The both blink blue and white. And only one side pairs up. Sometimes the right. Sometimes the left. But never both.
The same thing happens with me. I tried so many times it the 7 taps don't work

Left earbud never worked properly and now it's given up completely, when I tapped it sometimes it made a crackling noise and sound flickered in, sounds like a loose wire, I'm gonna bust them open at this stage 😢 there's a small hole just under the L and R on each earbud, does anyone know what this is? My skullcandy charging case just stopped charging last week too... Its like they're made to fck up.. Any help please? (I'm also tempted to break open the case too 😩)

hi, when i plug in my earphone, the light is on and it is fully charged, but when i put my earphone in the box, the box earphone does not charge, the light does not come on, I wonder why?
For me only left one works right won't make a sound and tapping 7 times does literally nothing on either bud and I JUST got these!
The key is to keep the earbuds really close together, so they sync. I kept keeping them farther apart and they kept messing up. Follow the video and it'll work. Thanks!

I bought these and the worked for a month just fine. Then yesterday the media stopped working on one but worked on the other bud. The audio and calls still works on both. I did what you did and now the media will not work on either one.

I accidentally washed mine , the left bud is showing the light but no sound when connected , and the right one isn’t turning on at all after trying the 7 times thing , I thank you though for the informative video.
Finally a solution that worked! Got my earbuds for Christmas, it's now Feb 28th and I can finally use them. Thank you so so much.

My right earbud has no light whatsoever and it doesnt charge in the case. The left one lights up, connects to Bluetooth, charges and plays music but the right one is just dead. I literally just bought these from Walmart and I fear that I just got jacked out of $20.

Brilliant tried loads of other guides to connect, this one did the trick.
I have the exact same earbuds but after the both blink and i remove from the case , they both light up solid white and after some time they both flash blur and white at the same time. I pair them once again to my device and they continue to not connect at the same time

While this recommendation was in the booklet it mentions doing it quickly. Do NOT do it quickly. The speed at which this person does it make it work in one go. I tried this way like 10 times but did it too quickly which made 2 jlab pro's pop up.
This usually works but lately only one connects, what can I do about that?? It's so frustrating. I reset, one works and randomly every so ofte the other one says "ready to pair" but it won't pair. Help!

Tried this, but before I went through steps, the left side was working and very low volume on the right. Now after I reset, the left side isn't working at all and the right side is still very low. I don't know what to do next

Doesn't work for me. They both keep blinking white and blue after the procedure. After the pairing the right one says hello and goodbye but no audio comes out of it.

Hi I've tried to reset them because it kept saying the battery was full, low, medium when on BT it showed 100% or less so I don't know what to do because I've tried charging them
Everytime I try this the sound just switches between headsets, I can never get both
Looks like my pair is defective because the light on the right ear bud doesn't turn on. It will flash in the case, but won't turn on when out of the case.

My Jlab headphones died so quickly and it's says it fully charged but it dieds in about 15-13 minutes in of using them I don't know why though sometimes I leave charged overnight and it still doesn't change anything

For some reason this still wouldn't work for me, the left one for me has stopped working, and even the light won't turn on, and every time I try to do this trick, the left light starts to flicker, but then dies halfway through the 3rd blink
