Hi. I just set up my plantronics wireless CS50. I have plugged everything in according to your video instructions, I am getting a dial tone on the hand set when I lift it from the receiver but nothing from the wireless ear piece. Any suggestions?

although this has helped with installing/setting up. still trying to find troubleshooting procedures. The person who has this can hear me but I cannot hear them.

Your video helped. I have everything set up but when I answer my phone via the handset - I can hear but the other end can not hear me? Any suggestions?

Change the dial on side of phone to 1 (dial shows 1,2,3,4 - change to 1)
