According to the instruction, in most cases, in order to have a phone call when using the Plantronics CS540 wireless headset we need to remove the phone handset from the cradle. During that call, is the handset still active so another person can participate in the same call using that handset?

Hello! I cannot get this earpiece to fit around my ear & I am about to lose it! Came with zero instructions. No help online. Please help!
OMG.... I didn't have the phone cable plugged into the headphone connection and everytime I used the earpiece it kept beeping. Thanks to this video I checked all the connections and switched it to the correct one and it stopped beeping. THANK YOU.

I purchased two of these headsets, one for office use & one for at home use since I'm working remotely since covid started. I use it 40hrs a week I work as CSR call center. I got the EHS adapter so I can use it with my laptop. So far its working good. My only con I use the over the ear hook, it loses its nice & snug fit after a couple months, its just doesn't feel secure on the ear anymore & I have to keep readjusting through out the day.

@@HeadsetAdvisor Yes I have tried different ear hooks. I’m actually using the smallest size now. The fit was great in the beginning, snug on my ear, but after a month or two, it’s just loose.

The ear tips included with this headset are amazing and won't cause the same issue you're facing.
Have had mine for like 7 yrs I use the headset but I am bald and don't have to worry about messing with my good looks. I just moved offices and cant get it to connect wirelessly Does anyone know how to do this? I forgot it was so long ago and can't find online

This wireless headset operates on a technology called DECT 6.0, rather than Bluetooth.

Unfortunately not. This is a desk phone only wireless headset. That being said, below are a couple of links to headsets that are similar in wearing style but do connect to multiple devices like your computer or desk phone.

Hi Maurice, you need an accessory to enable this feature depending on the make/model of your phone. If you provide this info we can let you know which accessory is required.
Is it possible to pick up calls on the headset without lifting the phone?
Yes, if you get an accessory called a Lifter or EHS cable. Which make/model of phone do you have? We can recommend the compatible accessory to enable this feature.
Any over the ear headset that has a smart charging case with a mute button on it, I am used to see the mute indicator while on meetings, and I don't rely on Teams/Skype screen indicator or the beeping sound in the headset.

Can I use one headset for two lines phones
Hi Joyce, yes you can use this headset on a two line phone. Your phone system will operate exactly as you're use to but you'll have a wireless headset to keep you hands free.

The microphone isn't working on the headset. I can hear just fine but nobody can hear me. I adjusted the mic volume all the way up and still nothing. I rest the headset and still nothing. What's happening?
