    Yet one more video with the exact content I needed. Thank you. Joining the Laser master Academy has been one of the best things I have done for my laser program. Highly recommend it to all.

    I couldn't even run one rotary at the same time as doing other things on my computer so I bought a second computer and each one runs a rotary and the newer computer I'm able to watch more of your videos and practice while they run. It's definitely computer capacity but great to know I may be able to run both off of my newer computer at the same time

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  2 года назад

      Yes absolutely. Running both of one machine certainly helps and frees up other equipment to work on other projects or with other tools. Glad it helped you!

    That's perfect! Was wondering how to run CO2 and fiber AND be able to keep designing or setting up next job. Unfortunately, I'm still on my 18th attempt of getting corfile boxes to not be all over the place with numbers.

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  2 года назад

      Corfiles are definitely annoying. Make sure you're using the "change image" function so that your marked test grid matches what's on the screen. If it's still not working you can download the Ezcad Community Edition (CE) off our website: www.lasereverything.net/downloads and try a different version of corfile. The download includes a few different versions you can try.

    Alex! I followed your videos for galvo for lightburn, fiber works great, thank you. Now my lightburn will not let me connect back to my Co2, do you have a video for that?

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  2 года назад

      Is the CO2 still in your devices list? Are you using the same USB port? You may want to reach out to LightBurn on this one. The email is support@lightburnsoftware.com - You should be able to swap between the device profiles freely as long as both machines are connected and powered on. If you're using a USB hub try removing it as that can cause problems sometimes.

    Hi, do you have any idea on using 3 or more NEJE laser engraver machine at the same time?

    cool now try doing that with Ezcad !

    What would be good is that the application windows has the device name added to it so you are not having to open each one to see what device it is. Awesome program loving it so far.

    I'm curious what Task Manager was showing for CPU and RAM usage of LightBurn when you had 4 instances running at the same time.

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  2 года назад +2

      Sitting idle with other apps running in the background 6% CPU 50ish% RAM on an 11th gen i7 with 16GB

    Interesting that when you switch between instances, the busy timer resets to 0:00, so you really have no idea how long an instance has been running. Bug?

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  2 года назад +1

      Just lucky timing. The job runtime was only a few seconds. Each time we completed the job the timer reset to zero since we were in continuous mode. I don't believe we have a pass/total *timer* like we do in Ezcad but that would be a nice addition.

    I have a question .. if I have two similar (same company; same laser module power) but different diode lasers. One with an area of 40x40cm, the other with an area of 18x18cm. The bigger one only works on flat large surfaces, the little one only works connected to the YRR Rotary Roller. Is it possible to make LightBurn change the settings / parameters after switching to another device? 🙂

      Sorry for the delay! If i understand right, you could import the same library into the 2 different devices in Lightburn and they would share the material library, and any changes you add would reflect in both. Hope that helps!

    what's a good recommendation on a usb hub

    • @LaserEverything
      @LaserEverything  Год назад +1

      The one we've had zero problems with, is linked in the buying guide on our site. Its under consumer electronics section > Connectivity + USB. Across the team, I think we have atleast 3 of the 3.0 model ones, and atleast 2 of the 3.1 version, absolutely no issues running even multiple lasers/cameras off it at the same time.
