Thank you so much for the exercises!!! Been trying to experiment in the gym lately with some practical movements that will transition into skateboarding, and these are incredible.
Thanks dude! That really means a lot to hear! We appreciate you checking out the channel and watching our videos, and thanks for leaving a comment! It's awesome hearing from people 😁
Too underrated, i immediately subscribed. Thanks for the cool skate training. I already tried some exercises, I'm really gonna do the full session. Greats from Belgium
nah bro i just get hurt if i dont train. If your muscles are underdeveloped you tend to compensate with other muscles or wrong postures and that's the reason why your body aches (my knees do at least)
@@TezMcNez Yes. Not as much as I want but I´m skating. Planning to skate more this year. Just waiting the rain season give a break in a month or so. I´ll probably never quit skating, just adapt to my capabilities. Have fun.
I've only watched this one now but you seem to have knowledge on so many different sports and respective exercises. If you want to experiment a bit I suggest making other type of videos as well. Short videos tiktok / ig (2 min) style each with separate exercise. I would love to take my phone hit the gym, and be able to play each of these exercises separately. If you did that you would also have a bit more time for each exercise as each would be a different video. You could use these extra seconds to suggest some sets i.e if you never did this exercise before start with 3 sets / 6 reps and work from there. Great content anyways. Best of luck.
Thank you so much for your support, kindness, and input! We genuinely appreciate comments like this, giving us different ideas and perspectives of those who watch our videos. We do have tik tok and IG, but we certainly aren't the best at social media haha. So thank you again for taking the time to provide us with some suggestions!! Thanks for watching :)
How safe is it for an overweight woman in her 30s to go immediately to line hops after 4 years worth of only clocking in 700-800 steps a day since 2020? Are there mobility exercises I should go for first before doing any jumps? I've been really immobile ever since the pandemic and would like to do a fun exercise, so idk if it's safe to shock my body right away.
Honestly, it really just depends! There are a lot of factors that go into exercise selection for each individual, so maybe start by increasing your activity level and then try some! You can always regress the movement too, go less reps, make it assisted, etc. There are definitely ways you can slowly introduce them! But I would totally aim to increase activity and hit some mobility! It's super important for the body to do mobility training!
@@PowerLuxFitness ooooh, thank you! Okay I'll start with mobility training first and then work my way from there 💖 I'm getting a skateboard in November so I'm very excited to get ready!
@@heygabimara That sounds great! Increase mobility, increase activity, and just give it a shot! Even if you do some bouncy calf raises, that's a great start! Haha that'll be awesome! You'll be cruising in no time!
