No the there was not much vibration. Check out the video were I hook up water balloons and drop them. It has some video from the gimbal. ruclips.net/video/cj_a7OUu4uY/видео.html
You can see some vibration but when your flying its not bad. I need to also recalibrate the gimbal.

2 questions. 1 could a speedybee with BT work on this size? 2 can I take parts from my Autel and move them to the 650 frame and make it work?

What parts are you talking about specifically? the motors? it depends on the KV. It would probably be best to start from scratch because the Autel is a little small but im not sure what the KV is on those motors. I personally have never used a speedybee. But the pixhawk is made for bigger drones like this and will give you more options.
