I got a scam call the other day (classic amazon confirmation of a MacBook) and they said “it was going to a different address than the one that paid” and I was like “Oh yeah, did Pierogi make the order?” AND THEY HUNG UP

I literally almost just got scammed from a unique scam that was very targeted. Because of this channel we saw the red flags and it saved our next months rent.

Working in a bank, I am able to help people to avoid being scammed because of watching your streams. However, it's heartbreaking to learn of some people who have already been scammed and there is nothing that we can do at the bank to help them.

I love the work you are doing! These scammers are so organised and we need someone like you to be running a team of people to intercept and stop these people. The Indian government needs to be actively working to shut these places down in addition to cooperating and supporting you.
Pierogi saved a lady in my rown last week..... She called a cab driver (me) to give her a ride to the store where she was going to buy gift cards for a guy named Thomas.
Little did she and Thomas know - the cab driver is a fan of Scammer Payback.
Thomas wasn't prepared to hear me drop Pirogi's name.
"Oh MY GAWD! Ma'am - Ma'am - Ma'am! Don't listen to a stupid cab driver!"

Jim actually "Hacks" their computers. All pierogi and crew does is Reverse access their PC... Which isn't considered real hacking in my books.

I nearly fell victim to romance scammers, thankfully I grew out of that and learned to be smart by knowing who I’m dealing with. I thank the scambaiting community for all their hardest work.

As someone who almost got scammed out of my steam account i appreciate for what you do, I didn't get scammed out of my steam account just because i know how scammers act and behave.
How'd you get scammed? Just asking as i'm a cyber security analyst, the users in perogi's vid's usually scam due to not being able to find legitimate work + lack of skills, they just need them to know basics, the script and are mildly computer literate.
Data is segmeneted for these people (easy to hack/scam or hard) and they get sold to different companies hence the Scammers I encounter tend to be from my own field, are pretty sophisticated I had my steam account stolen due to a session hijack, they were able to capture the precise token, I was able to recover the account it goes to show how sophisitcated maleware has become. I had wireshark running so i stopped the capture to analyze the packets and found the source (russian IP wasn't using a VPN ) I reverse Ddosed his network and ran nmap scans on his IP to precisely find everything on him and also took down his bulletin board by matching the admin ID to his gelocation and performed a slowloris attack, with that said Scambaiter is ruthless to me, he has immense knowledge on pentesting tools and packet sniffing his infosec is unparelled imo when it comes to trolling scammers.
Rule of thumb, if you mess with any cyber security professional, we show zero mercy since the last thing we want is to be annoyed and hacked due to their own lack of morals and understanding.

Perogi in order to do these calls successfully, try getting into the studio both male and female voice actors. Make them call from behind a screen or door for example. That way the scammers will know that it isn't a voice changer which will confuse them

These guys really went straight to the insults after the dude made a mistake himself. How are these individuals even actually scamming anyone if they're that bad at it?
I got a call from one of these scammers threating that my wife had to settle previous accident charges/ fees. The call was from some call center in India and I told them I was well informed from "Scammer Payback" channel. They cursed you and threatened me and hung up. Thanks for doing what you do.

Great idea! But I also wish there were courses/ads for older people about how not to be taken advantage of and of somewhere safe to call to check if it is a legit payment before they do it. Ripping off old people infuriates me

My mom was scammed like this. Thank you for what you do I wish I was with her when it was happening. They were saying they were geek squad started yelling at my mom that she owes them money and they took over her computer and completely shut it down. She even took it in to be fixed and they couldn’t. Really made her feel like a complete idiot and she’s a doctor.

Years ago I used the same tactics to trap an eBay scam and tracked the mule to a location in Chicago. They weren’t as sophisticated as they are now, and I probably wouldn’t have trapped them today, but it’s great to see that the logic is still working. Catch them! Very impressive!

I appreciate your channel bc not only are you slamming the scammers, but you educate those that watch how these scammers operate; what their scripting is, and give us identifying markers and signposts as to whether we are talking to a scammer online. When we watch often enough, we can see the repeated patterns.

I got a call from a scammer WHILE WATCHING THIS VIDEO.
He said they wanted to update my xfinity modem. I asked what updates they wanted to make and he said "I don't know" and hung up.

I'm really glad something is being done about scammers because they seem like the type of people I've met in-person and online. They don't care about others and every other individual is just a tool or target to them. I don't like wishing terrible things onto others but I'm very glad they're at least being brought to face about their own actions. Please treat others with kindness and respect. Everyone is having a hard time, especially during these days.

I worked in a call center for a major cellular carrier and occasionally had to take difficult calls from people who had been scammed. Keep taking the bastards down. They ruin lives.

I love the panic and fear Pierogi caused them. I'm sure they're trembling right now. The best part is that it got uploaded on RUclips and now the whole world knows about them. Love it! ❤️
So for fun, I called a few of these scammers that are doing the "PayPal" and "Microsoft" scams. I put on my "old guy" voice, and within minutes they hang up because they figure I'm trying to turn things around on them. So I keep calling them until they block my number. They already know the drill, and that tells you that you're putting the fear of Pierogi into them.
