Yoga before bed is a great addition to help calm the body and mind for a relaxing deep sleep.
Yoga has many qualities to help promote relaxation and relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia.
This 25 minute nighttime yoga flow is a blend of yin yoga and vinyasa flow where we work on passive stretches along with syncing breath with movement which is the perfect blend to help promote a deep relaxing sleep.
