Looks lovely on you. You are right about the drag lines. If you add a little extra ease to the bust fullness area that will fix most of it. The upper bust could also benefit from a smidge more room too. Make a note on your pattern (cos as much as you think you will remember, you wont) and next time lay the pattern piece slightly in from the fold line. The neck line is sitting fractionally too high on your throat and adds to the drag lines. You so very nearly have it a perfect fit. Moving the pattern piece by approximately .5 cm may be all you need. Much easier than altering the armscye and bust darts, though this is not scary once you do it a few times. If you haven't already, check out Bianca on the closet historian. She has wonderful tutorials on darts and the reasons for them and step by step instructions. Sorry for the ramble. You have still done a great job and those colours look amazing on you

Beautiful dress and well worth the fitting drama! I find McCall’s patterns are too big in the upper bust and shoulders. Do they think our boobs are two inches below the neck?

If you sew over your stitching on the zipper, only closer to the teeth, you may be able to eliminate the white showing.
